Customer Service Since My Last Review

(29th December 2025) Having received remote support on the 16th December 2025 I would like to say I have now managed to recover all the old files that were missing with the help via the remote support. Over the Christmas period I have referred back to my screen recording of the remote support and have now completed my search within the new PC and have found all NVC files that were not opening up to the location where it should be. I believe we have resolved the matter regarding the export but at the moment I have no further projects to create at the moment so until then I am trusting what we both achieved on the 16th December 2025.I would personally like to thank the team as it is not just about the complaint on here but would like to also show their credit where it is due. Again many thanks and have a great new year.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------(14th December 2025) Thank you for your response in this matter. I would like to mention that the only remote support invitation I received was via Trustpilot on the 8th December 2025 and that I confirm I did not receive any other email by yourselves (Nero)The only email that I did receive 8th December 2025 is from the lady who has been dealing with my matter since I first reported this back in September 2025. The message I received 8th December 2025 stated: Hello Kevin,Is export functionality up and running now?This is all I received from the lady which was only a short message. It is reasonable to suggest that you have now received my response dated 8th December 2025 submitted to her email, which was also is my response to your message you left me on Trustpilot.I will copy and paste this message and submit this into an email (the email address you provide to all in everyone's reviews on Trustpilot) in case you dont see this updated review. I can confirm I have always used the said email address that you always provide since the start of this matter in September 2025. The only thing I have not used is a ticket number as I have always replied to the same email every time (email thread)I will request a remote session via email.Kind regards Kevin.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------(7th December 2025) Since my last review on Trust Pilot, I remarkably had a quick response from them which is good but should not have to write a review to get feedback from their customer service.Well, here I am again but not expecting any response this time but need to share my experience with Nero!! Since the last review dated 23rd October 2025, I had a remote service from their technical team which was great…..but as they are eight hours difference I had to get up early in the morning for this and that the remote session lasted for nearly three hours. Which after all this, it is not entirely resolved as of yet. I had issues regarding opening old files created in Nero as the link did not find its location and that the technical team had to dig deep within my new laptop to find the old file which they managed to do and with me not being to technically savvy I had forgot how to do this. The reason being we spent the best part of the last two and a half hours of the morning trying to sort out why I could not export my movie to a file as the software kept closing when I tried to do this. I have now requested for their technical team to show me again (if possible) via remote to help me find my old files only again so I can open them back up if I need to edit them later at some point but I am very disappointed and getting very annoyed which is an understatement to say the least that I am totally being ignored by Nero.I requested another session via remote; the first request was submitted by email to their email address that Nero provides on the 4th November 2025 the same day I had my first remote session with Nero, Having not had a response to this request I then submitted again a request for remote service on the 13th November 2025 and 19th November 2025 and now in my latest email dated 26th November 2025. Having still not heard anything from Nero to the date of this review 7th December 2025 I am now getting very annoyed that the fact they cannot even communicate back to me with any reasons for why they may not want to do this again. In my opinion if the individual cannot get back to me for some reason where are the other members of their team? It must be one of the worst customer services I have had to deal with, it is chase after chase after chase and getting nowhere with them….. Shocking how a customer is being treated!!------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Отличная интерпретация текста ИИ! Я попробовал несколько экстремальных тестов различных ситуаций с удивительно хорошими результатами. Думаю, было бы хорошо добавить опцию покупки кредитов за один раз для тех, кто не хочет связываться с контрактом. Я снял одну звезду из-за отсутствия контроля за публичным использованием при бесплатной версии, так как я считаю, что это не должно рассматриваться как справедливое использование. Возможно, возможность скачивать и публиковать результаты перед их сохранением, или покупать их, или что-то подобное, что позволит удалить нежелательное заранее, немного улучшило бы ситуацию.
