The tool isn't perfect but it works well enough. I accidentally got another year subscription extended and got refunded back same day. I didn't have enough time to use it, that's why I canceled
Love The Dum Stemming!
I really enjoyed the ability to stem drums into multiple wave files for individual processing. My disappointment is that my subscription had some problems and I was not able to use the service due to a technical issue at their end. I was given a refund and will try to create a new subscription shortly as their service is really wonderful IMHO!!!! I highly recommend FADR+.
Great customer service
Because of personal reasons i don't need a subscription for another year. Not that i don't want it but i'm 100% sure i will have no time to use it. The periode i used Fadr.com it worked very good for the reasons that i needed it. i used it online but also in my DAW and it was always working fast and it did its work. Last week i recieved a notification by mail that my subscription was renewed for an other year for $100, nothing wrong with that only if i know i won't beeing using is it's al lot of money not going to be used. So i sent a mail to customer service, within 1 day i got a respons that my subscription was ended and that the money will be refunded. No difficult question about why, pure trust and emphaty. If you ask me that's how you need to treat other people and i really appreciate them for it. sorry if my english isn't completely correct, it's not my native language.

There was a mistake on a subscription that I activated for my son. I was billed $100 instead of $10. I contacted them immediately and on the same day they reversed the charge of $100. I was very impressed with their quick response to my problem.

I use this service regularly to stem tracks. I’ve made it a part of my regular workflow while building DJ sets. I’ve also used it in music production. Great service that I 100% recommend to people.

After subscribing to Plus, I found the tool, although very cool and does amazing things, it wasn't suitable for my workflow. I emailed to ask for a refund and they agreed, no questions asked. Having looked at other reviews it's a shame they didn't receive this same experience, perhaps they have fixed some internal issues and are now trying to do better.

Is Fadr just a hype?
After seen the ads in social media for a while i figured i'd give a try. Uploaded a song to split up in stems. All together it sounded right. But when muting the tracks it just sounded weird. Turned out that the song wasnt properly split up. Part of for example melody was in the drum stem. Part of bass was also in another one. Etc. So to sum up it was just too much to hope for. It worked as i suspected. All the ads on Instagram etc. Yea. I would call i a hype.

Well, I accidentally hit the wrong button when I signed up. I contacted the company. They took care of it. Richard handled it the next day. Great support great team great product.

Fadr has been an incredible tool for me as a musician, especially now that it integrates directly with the DAW. The stems feature works flawlessly and makes the creative process so much smoother. I definitely recommend other producers and artists to give it a try
Stop waisting customer time on the phone
When cx are on the phone booking in a repair with TCL is a Nightmare, Thet tell us they could be on the phone for many hrs going through trouble shooting and expecting them to do various time wasting time like IE; Fault is sound no picture and customer support is asking the customer to flash a torch onto the screen to determine if there is an image to determine if backlight is faulty or not and asking the customer too many stupid questions before booking in for repairs sorry to say.
