Fadr takes your money, delivers nothing, and does not respond
I have been charged for Fadr Plus (1 year), despite not receiving any clear information that my credit card would be charged when I confirmed my credit card without further summary of the purchase. After that, I tried to contact them through their contact function, without getting a response. So I gave up. Then I discovered that despite being charged for Fadr Plus, I still do not have access to Fadr Plus. So now I have paid for a one-year subscription without receiving any service. Again, I have tried to reach out through Fadr's messaging service for questions, but no response this time either. This is a pure scam company. Stay far away from this company if you don't want to lose money that you will never get back.
Moises is way better
Fadr sucks, it's super slow with every task, creating stems and also when you click into the song to solo out a stem to hear it (because they're not labeled correctly), you get the dreaded spinning wheel of death! Moises is better, you get what you pay for.
Payment Problem Fixed
I thought I was signing up to pay monthly and received an annual charge. I contacted FADR. They got back to me right away, and the problem was fixed. They indicated it might take a couple of business days however it was taken care of later the same day (annual charge refunded and monthly charge came through in its place).
FADR innovator for STEM audio production
We use FADR for sampling purposes. Secondly to extract a vocal cleaner from a track or a specific sound and the result is valid. Extracts up to 16 stems + midi patterns. The midi patterns are correctly labeled. The STEMS are clean and accurate to use in DAW. As a start up these people have done a great job so far. Offering AI based synth and drum machines is fun to experiment with and sometimes the results are amazing! Great work FADR! Also not to forget: FADR is super customer friendly. Amazing service
I reached out regarding their TOS and how it sounded like they could steal people's work and use it in any way possible. They reached out within 12 hours with a clear explanation that they would never do that and that they intend to change the wording regarding the section in question. They even got back to me super quick about a link that was broken. Not only do they offer a great service to artists but they value our business.

Is Fadr just a hype?
After seen the ads in social media for a while i figured i'd give a try. Uploaded a song to split up in stems. All together it sounded right. But when muting the tracks it just sounded weird. Turned out that the song wasnt properly split up. Part of for example melody was in the drum stem. Part of bass was also in another one. Etc. So to sum up it was just too much to hope for. It worked as i suspected. All the ads on Instagram etc. Yea. I would call i a hype.

Well, I accidentally hit the wrong button when I signed up. I contacted the company. They took care of it. Richard handled it the next day. Great support great team great product.
Stop waisting customer time on the phone
When cx are on the phone booking in a repair with TCL is a Nightmare, Thet tell us they could be on the phone for many hrs going through trouble shooting and expecting them to do various time wasting time like IE; Fault is sound no picture and customer support is asking the customer to flash a torch onto the screen to determine if there is an image to determine if backlight is faulty or not and asking the customer too many stupid questions before booking in for repairs sorry to say.

After subscribing to Plus, I found the tool, although very cool and does amazing things, it wasn't suitable for my workflow. I emailed to ask for a refund and they agreed, no questions asked. Having looked at other reviews it's a shame they didn't receive this same experience, perhaps they have fixed some internal issues and are now trying to do better.
Quick action taken.
There was a mistake on a subscription that I activated for my son. I was billed $100 instead of $10. I contacted them immediately and on the same day they reversed the charge of $100. I was very impressed with their quick response to my problem.
