SCAM: Do not use this
Do not use this. They do not provide any option to cancel, and charge through PayPal without the charge ever appearing in your PayPal account. They obviously do this to prevent you cancelling the payment through PayPal too.

SCAM: No way to cancel
SCAM - customer support does NOT answer e-mails about cancellation, even after 4-5 attempts to contact them - it's silence. They spend time here on TrustPilot, giving fake answers. The payment does NOT appear on PayPal, so you can't cancel it from there, or from the site, or via e-mail or online banking. I finally had to get a new debit card. This is a refund fraud operation. The positive reviews here are fake, and the replies from "customer support" are damage control. Save yourself the stress and DO NOT FALL FOR IT!

Charged me for a renewal on membership I didn't want, waiting to see if they'll give a refund that according to their policies they must provide, and still no option to cancel the subscription on my own. I'll post again with any updates, hopefully for them it'll be a good review

scam site, bad tool you can not cancel your account. The tool they provide is not good quality. Open-source tools are much better than they provide.

I see in my payments list a charge by them that I didn't do. I sent them an email but they just ignore me. I canceled my credit card because of them. do yourself a favor and don't give them your credit cards. additional information: I purchased from them once but they charged me a month later again so no one stole my credit card, deepswap are the thieves
So many hidden fees SCAM
They were misleading on their advertising leading me to believe they offered a lot more once you pay the expensive monthly fee you still have to buy credits to upload videos you have to pay for every thing you do on the site it's a scam I'm very dissatisfied
