AVOID!! These people are rippoff merchants. They will not cancel your subscription and all emails to them are ignored. PURE CHINESE CRIMINALS. Finally got Paypal to cancel after a complicated process!! And if you look at the positive reviews here they are obviously fake. Just like their cancellation policy.

Do not use.
Scam, unethical, shady business. Regardless of how many times you reach out to their 'support team', or use their 'google form' to cancel or even request to cancel, they ignore you. They are scammers and nothing more. Do not use this service, and if you do do not buy premium, because you will never be able cancel it.

Service works but you can't cancel your subscription, also I paid for a year but I just got charged $20 today for no reason. Contacting them takes forever and then they just give a generic answer.

Purchased 20 credits and clearly had that selection picked and it charged me $400 for 500 credits. Awaiting a response from their customer service. Since it auto charged the credits for something I wanted to do. According to their refund policy I am SOL. Will see what they say. Pretty sketchy to say the least. I double checked that I had the 20 credit price selected.

WARNING! That is a scam! They will keep charging you every month and wont react to your e-mails or messages! Refund and cancellation form they provide is also a scam. There's a mandatory field "Account ID" in the form but you cannot find such a thing as your account ID in their system. Questions how to find that ID are ignored. UPDATE: in your reply you are sending you fault scamy link again. If you would at least bother to create an account on your own webpage and use that link, you would see yourselves that it does not show any account ID, just user's e-mail and password. And i also see no point sending you another e-mail as my previous ones still stay unanswered!

I want my refund
I want my refund. I was charged after i specifically cancelled the subscription through PayPal. My Account ID is 3534443409165572858. I have filled out the "NEW" cancellation refund form and have contacted feedback(at)deepswap.ai with all my information and would like a refund for the recent charge on my credit card. When i receive the refund, i will change this review and will refrain from spreading negative reviews about this service on all other review channels. If no refunds are given, i will spend my time informing as many people as i can about this service and will be filing a chargeback with my credit card company. ***UPDATE**** June 8th and no response at all from them regarding my refund. ***UPDATE**** June 19th and no response at all from them regarding my refund. ***UPDATE**** July 11th and STILL no response at all from them regarding my refund. ***UPDATE**** Aug 2nd no response at all from them regarding my refund. Website didn't work; likely a scam
The website advertised itself as a face-swapping app, but every time I attempted to upload a photo, it didn't allow me to add any others. It was made clear to me that the only way to access any of the site's features was to purchase a premium subscription, so I decided to sign up for one month. Nothing improved, and I tried canceling my subscription to the service. Thankfully, I looked up DeepSwap reviews almost immediately after this frustrating experience and saw that many people had continued to be charged even after cancellation. I got ahead of this problem and have requested my bank to issue me a new card. In short, this service is not what it purports itself to be. It doesn't work, and it doesn't seem like an honest business. Do not make my mistake—avoid DeepSwap.
