Not a scam, just subscribe properly. Hey guys I'm not a paid commentor. I just used it. Be sure to unsubscribe from paypal directly if youre not planning to use them again. The software works really good actually and is hilariously funny. Give it a shot. The other sites on the internet might be scams though. Deepswap works REALLY fast they got great servers i think

Impossible to Cancel They Steal Your Money
They Make it impossible to Cancel. They tell you to go to discord to cancel and then nobody ever responds to you. Only way to "cancel" is to order a new debit card and cancel your old one. Absolutely horrible company that needs to be shutdown immediately
Scam....do not use
Scam....do not use! They accept your subscription fee but the video faceswap simply does not work! I contacted them by email but never received a reply, luckily I have managed to cancel the subscription through PayPal, so I will only be duped for $9.99 and not the monthly recurring fee of $19.99

My name is Andrea Spanò and I'm trying to take off the automatic payment on Paypal but Deepswap doesn't show up on my profile, also they don't try at all to help me but keep sending me the exact same emails with procedures to unsubscribe that I will have filled out 4 times already, avoid them please if you can!

Scam, scam AVOID they recently changed to a new pricing system, which is even more of a scam, they tell you to go to their discord but nobody answers if you have any problems or for refunds .. ONE MONTH MEANS ONE MONTH , not reoccurring.. I want to cancel my account, ID 3535832185700537413 .. also reported to trancing standards and the police
New price system is so bad
They changed the pricing system which makes this tool completely unusable. I used it quite a lot and payed a few hundred dollars already for my uploads. It’s not perfect but works good if you know how to use it. Before you had to pay like a dollar for every 15s you upload (which was already expensive but ok), you could then swap faces as much as you wanted for that 15 seconds. Now it’s the other way around: You pay for each swap. Sometimes you just want to goof around and try different faces and most of the time you have to do that because it’s a bit try and error to find the right faces. So now instead of paying 4$ for a 1-minute clip once, you have to pay 4$ every time you swap faces. If the first face didn’t work - your bad. You can try another one for 4$. I sometimes used like 20 different faces for one upload, this would cost me now 80$ instead of 4$ before. Sorry what? Who is gonna pay that? Will definitely cancel my order and maybe come back if they change the pricing system to the old one. Ps: this also goes for everything you already payed for, not just new uploads. Everything you uploaded before is useless now, because you have to pay again to use it. SCAM!

Deepswap.ai used to charge $1 per 15sec of video, already uploaded videos could be swapped and reswapped an infinite amount of time. So users uploading stuff paid on the understanding that they could keep swapping the stuff they were paying to upload forever. Recently deepswap changed their monetisation. Now users have to pay per swap. Which makes it no longer possible for users to use their paid for database, unless they wish to pay again. This is an utter scam.
New pricing system is idiotic
New pricing system is idiotic. First you have to pay a substantial amount of money for a membership which gives you 20 credits. Thats 200 swaps if you count pictures. Before it was unlimited. How can you change this policy all of a sudden. I will be canceling my subscription for sure. They just got too greedy. Which is a shame because it really was a good app. ☹️

Amazing service. Really no other site like this that performs as well. But the sudden price hike on generated images is ridiculous. Wayyyyy too high. Like another user said, they got greedy

This service is a damn scam
This service is a damn scam! They don't even have a cancel subscription feature, which is probably their way to scam people. On top of having the worst service on the web, they're also a punch of shady thieves. If you want to cancel or request a refund, you have to submit a Google form that they'll never respond to.

Certainly thieves
Certainly thieves. I've been trying to cancel via the forms they send me for three months now, but they keep taking money. Now they have stopped responding. If you subscribed in away that you need them to cancel it, you're out of luck. I recommend reporting them to the reportfraud government website like I have. It takes less then 5 minutes and they accept reports no matter what country you live in. Then just cancel your card and get a new one.
Does not work & you cannot cancel your account!
The software does not work very well. I tried to cancel but they continue to charge my credit card. There is no way to remove my card from their site. I have wasted hours contacting my bank and PayPal to try and stop the transactions. Be warned. Do not use this too.
It's a scam
It's a scam. There's no way to cancel subscription. They post unauthorized charges to your credit card via Pyapal, there is no trace on your paypal account. The main reason they're still in the business is the sloppiness and utter inaction on PayPal side. They continue to help them unlawfully charge people for services they cannot cancel.

Scam! They said they were charging $9.99 but they charged 49.99 and then when I tried the video face swap service it said I didn't have enough credits (even though it said the payment went through). Also I'm sure what looks like PayPal isn't PayPal, or the correct amount would have been withdrawn.

It was originally very good until they upgraded to Version 2, which produces poorer quality results. Despite having this pointed out by many users there is no change. During the one month prior to changeover there was the option to select V1 or V2, nobody can understand why this option is still not available. Until it is, it is not worth the money.
