Paid for the Upgrade _Its a scam!
Paid for the Upgrade, but its not been applied to my account, no replies to emails. Its a SCAM.
I used to buy credits regularly, no more. Bad results. No improvement.
I used to buy credits regularly, when this was a novelty, but I’ve stopped because I am charged for bad results, and no improvement. It’s biggest downfall is accuracy. It’s hit rate is very low for NSFW type vids. Like, i mean maybe 3 out of 20 credits that do anything close to what you prompt. It flat out disobeys your prompt , and sometimes the results are outright disturbing. I mean REALLY disturbing. You lose the mood, and feel a sense of rage that you are paying credits for results that NO one would want. It’s sad, but i just can’t spend money on that. I will look around elsewhere. Maybe we are still a few years away, or maybe someone has surpassed deepswap.ai ‘s ability that I just haven’t discovered yet. Deepswap is not a pleasant result for your dollar. Certainly not as of December 2025, anyways. Still searching for something less enraging. It’s my money. I should get what i ask for.
They are scammers
They are scammers, pure and simple. Incredibly expensive prices for a below average product. There are so many better options, I genuinely don’t know how they’ve stayed in business. Hopefully they crash and burn soon.

No testing possible
You have to immediately sign up for an expensive subscription without even knowing what the results would look like. A short, self-made video should be available for free to test. No, they only ask for money. Stay away!
Time for Mass-Reports
Guys, why are you not reported them at their payment providers when you got scammed? It is too easy to get them out of business if there is a flood of reports.

I think you may be losing a lot of customers. The new payment methods are not normally used in the US. They are not smooth and cumbersome.
This company has a great product but horrible customer service
This company has a great product but about the worst customer service. You cannot get a proper response from anyone. How about a customer service number to talk to a live agent or at least a chat line. I know they are making a lot of money so why skimp on the customer service. They have virtually eliminated any easy way to buy credits. I downloaded the app and now becuase of a google problem I cannot pay through the app. Its rediculous. I own a successful business and customer service is a priority.

Grande fregatura, l'anno scorso ho utilizzato questo sito per lavoro, e devo dire che funzionava bene. Quest'anno di conseguenza ho rifatto l'abbonamento, mai l'avessi fatto. Non funziona più, qualsiasi video io carichi mi dice che ci sono contenuti proibiti, anche gli stessi che l'anno scorso funzionavano perfettamente. Ho provato a contattarli ma è una battaglia persa in partenza. C'è una mail automatica che ti rimanda al loro Help Center, dove non solo non si risolve niente, ma soprattutto non si viene rimborsati.
NOTHING BUT THIEVES NOW...
Like most other people ha e said the website/app is now a joke. 99% of images uploaded are classed as I appropriate. I upload a.pic of myself standing to the front yard ( fully clothed lol) and it said it was inappropriate content. As far as I'm concerned the owners are nothing but thieves now, they take money but there's nothing in return. And there's no response from them after 3 weeks.
The DeepSwap website used to be great
I just wanted to know if anyone has gotten a real response from DeepSwap about the Inappropriate Content.nThe DeepSwap website was great and aa I noticed someone else also mentioned that when you upload a video, it comes back with Inappropriate content. Under Review. I filled out the form that they said I should use and I would hear back from them in 24 hours or so Well it's been over 2 weeks and still nothing. In the past I never had a problem with them. There support team in the past were good in responding within 24 hours, I'm not sure, but I think the company was bought by some other company. I'm just saying

Site used to be OK. But now you can't upload any pictures or videos. Just says inappropriate. Avoid this site like the plague.

Impossible to Cancel Subscription
Canceling the monthly subscription is virtually impossible. Despite multiple attempts to cancel through their platform, I received no response and continued to be charged. As described in the answer from DeepSwap shortly after my review, I already tried these steps. I have filled out the Google form multiple times, and if you write an email, you will get an automated reply asking you to fill out the same Google form. So don't be misled by their answers. If you have the time to write a response to my Trustpilot review, please take this time to finally cancel my subscription!

THIS SITE IS AN ACTUAL SCAM, DO NOT USE IT THEY TAKE YOUR CARD INFO AND GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTIONS THEY ALSO DON'T LET YOU DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT I REPEAT, DO NOT MAKE AN ACCOUNT, THEY ARE STILL STEALING FROM ME If they charge my card within the next term instead of canceling it, my only options at that point are legal help and chargebacks.

Been using Deepswap since the early days. I've tried most NSFW AI tools out there and always default back to Deepswap, it's just such a simple, fast, easy tool to use and the results speak for themselves.
