Bonjour, je n'arrive pas supprimer mon compte deepswapp,comment faire ?
Does not work & you cannot cancel your account!
The software does not work very well. I tried to cancel but they continue to charge my credit card. There is no way to remove my card from their site. I have wasted hours contacting my bank and PayPal to try and stop the transactions. Be warned. Do not use this too.

SCAM, Même mésaventure que toutes les autres personnes, j'étais parti pour prendre un essai mensuel qui sait automatiquement transformé en prélèvement automatique. Évidemment je n'arrive pas à annuler via leur service, en effet leur formulaire promet de traiter la demande avant 30 jours, ce qui leur laisse le temps de me prélever 20 dollars de plus. Very effective at doing its job, nice community
Very effective at doing its job. No unnecessary buttons and has very clean UI. Swapping stuffs is very easy, fluid to use and the generated results are really good(most of the time). The community in discord is also very amazing. The one problem I have would be when the generate is bad, you can't redo it and your credit is lost. It'd be nice to have a function to regenerate the same prompt without cost.

Deepswap.ai is a scam. I have applied multiple times for refund and cancellation via email to their support inbox, the form on their site, and through discord. My account ID: 3568109171014788004 However I never received any confirmation. You have been drawing illegally following amounts via paypal. I have reported you to Paypal and Bank of America and URGE you to pay the money back asap and cancel my account /subscription. If my account is not deleted I will take further steps via the police authority.
the problem is I paid for premium
the problem is I paid for premium, but everytime I go to use it, it tells me i need premium. there is no easy way to reach these people. When I need it, its not available. I will not pay them for premium twice.
Can't cancel subscription
Don't sign up, you can't cancel. For those in a similar situ, just do a chargeback with the bank / report transaction.

Please do not subscribe to deep swap it is a scam please listen to me, and they make it impossible to cancel subscription so you have no choice but to block you card,please learn from my mistake or suffer the consequences

Absolute scam!
Absolute scam! I emailed on 21st APRIL to request my subscription be canceled after I realised immediately that the AI functionality was subpar. I never received a response however you scammers keep charging me each month. No response in Discord and I see there are plenty of others there trying to get a cancelation as well. I have canceled my card and reported the transactions to my bank so these scammers don't get another cent out of me. I'l just be using Stable Diffusion from now on hosted locally on my computer.

Credit scam
Went to buy $20 worth of credits to try out the software. It auto-selected the $400 option when it asked me to provide additional information. After realizing I spent $400 and not $20, I emailed the given support email for a refund but have yet to hear anything back.
No free trial, no purchase
There is no way to try the service with free credits so you have to buy an empty box. I think they could give subscribers some free credits also by watching advertising

Scammers! I have not subscribed for monthly payments, but they have set me up for monthly payments and won't reply. The app is not useful dn you should not be scamming people.
