Stay away
removed many parts of their service a few months ago, bad results, bad AI, very terrible customer service and a very frustrating refund policy as they will fradulently charge you and drag you along if you subscribe to cancel their useless service
Unhappy with customer support.
A year ago, I would have recommended it as my top app mainly for its video features, which were faster, more reliable, and easier to use than others. However, I'm now dissatisfied with their customer support. They eventually solve issues, but the response time is too slow. I waited for over 5 days. I noticed that many negative reviews about Deepswap are related to their customer support. They really need to step up their game in that aspect!

I need customer support to reply without an automated message to one of the 10 emails I have send and re-asure me that what I ask is been done regarding my creations and uploads. In terms of the app it ran smooth and created good content. BUT I want ot make sure this content is private to me And since I have deleted the content from the page it doesnt exist anymore TO ANY OF THE SERVERS THEY USE And I want that verification in an email from them!

I got premium,and it completely shocked me with this Credit points" needed after paying $50 already just to have application for premium. You only get a certain amount of credits every month, it's a rip because one video will wipe all your points leaving you to having to pay for more credit completely finish video.I hate to pay for a premium only to be treated as a guest. I deleted my account within 5 minutes

Ich habe das monatliche Abo erworben und kann seitdem nur noch die „Face Swap“ - Funktion nutzen, die anderen werden in der App gar nicht mehr angezeigt und nur noch die blaue Fläche mit „Face Swap“ wird angezeigt. Ich weiß einfach nicht was ich tun soll, da der Support auch nicht antwortet. Totaler Müll!

I wanted to make a fake Christmas video for family and friends, and after 2 minutes all the credits were used up (I had 60 credits). This company is completely crazy with their prices, and a tip: if you sign up with a credit card here, you're doomed and have to have it canceled at the bank. They keep charging and are based in Hong Kong in the middle of nowhere, no chance of catching them and holding them accountable for their fraud. Tip: use Faceswap as an alternative, client on PC and correct prices with no limit or silly "credits".

I need to cancel the renewal of your services
No Refund and unable to cancel service
First off, I signed up for the monthly subscription and got charged for the year. I contacted them for a refund. They told me must be initiated from my end through PayPal. After researching I found out this was impossible, had to be done from their end because they use PayPal as their storefront. After several emails back and forth where they insisted had to be done on my side, I grew tired and gave up on the refund. I then asked them to cancel my subscription. 365 days later, $145 deducted from my account for the annual subscription. To make matters worse, I deleted my email I used to sign up to their service. I reached out to them with my credit card confirmation showing them that money is coming out of my account, their AI keeps sending me a message with steps to cancel. I am unable to contact anybody at their company, and I'm out another 145 for a service I asked them to cancel last year. There is no way to cancel the subscription on their website. I've been totally scammed and I am unsure what to do. I had to file a dispute with my CC company. This is the worse experience I've ever had trying to cancel a subscription... Just AWFUL! For the record, their product is not bad.. but I should be able to cancel a service I don't want .. I haven't used in 10 months and just got charged another 145 after requesting a cancellation last year

Warum muss man aber trotz Premium Abo pro Face Swamp zahlen obwohl in der Preisliste kostenfrei steht!? Die Qualität schwankt und beim Gesichtertausch geht das meistens schief. Andere Funktionen sind okay und etliches wird wirklich gut. Allerdings sind häufig mehrere Versuche beim editing nötig, bei denen nichts sichtbar anders wird und die immer Geld kosten.

deepswap is a scam do not use! I have submitted multiple cancelation and refund forms with no response. I just keep getting billed with no way to opt out. If you don't cancel my subscription and refund me I will go to authorities. my acc. number is 3613574266101215330

what can i say, i thought a full year of being able to swap faces on pictures was worth a sub, but then after 1 month they changed it to no longer have free picture changing. i would never have payed for this "service" if i had known they would break the contract on their end. very weak. now i do get 20 points per month which is nothing. i spend that in a day or two on gifs and maybe a short video. but this company, deepswap.ai? it is doomed to fail, simply because they are too greedy...nobody likes to pay a greedy company. u dont give your moneys worth, a different company will outcompete you. if they had any spine they would honor the deal. i payed for goods. deliver me goods. but instead they robbed me.

All these reviews are right! This site is nothing but a bunch of crooks and thieves.The so called service provided is useless and they take more money than they say with no way to cancel!
Borderline scam
Horrible - it never worked. When trying to unsubscribe they have you fill out a form - making unsubscriptions a huge hassle(Using google docs for unsubscriptions)I did however fill out the form and they are still withdrawing money from my account. Contacting their support and you get a templated response to fill out the form again. I am now forced to close down my bank account in order to prevent further charges

Dopo esserti abbonato, non c'è alcun modo sul sito di cancellare l'abbonamento. Dopo aver contattato il servizio mail per disiscrivermi, e aver cancellato l'account non basta, in risposta ho avuto diversi link da compilare perfettamente per interrompere l'abbonamento (in caso contrario non mi avrebbero fatto sapere se qualcosa è andato storto e quindi l'abbonamento sarebbe rimasto attivo. Fatto tutto in modo preciso, 2 mesi dopo scopro che hanno continuato a prelevarmi i soldi per intero, senza per altro dare nessun servizio, visto che l'account era stato eliminato. Alla fine li ho bloccati da Paypal e chiesto il rimborso, per cui sono ancora in attesa. Nel caso non si intuisse, servizio fortemente sconsigliato

I can also confirm it's a scam. There's no simple way to unsubscribe, like a button. They say to unsubscribe through PayPal, but even if I'm being charged by PayPal on my existing account's email address, the subscription is nowhere to be found. I don't know how they do it, but it's definitely a scam. I've emailed them and asked to cancel the subscription and no luck.
