No longer PayPal & Bad results compared to the past
I had already commented at length on the poor new development of the billing model, but now the website has also lost PayPal as a payment option. If PayPal is already withdrawing trust, you can imagine the rest. I also did the test with “old” videos and had these new ones made in the system and I have to say that the quality of the results was much better across the board in the old system. It's simply not an improvement.

Been using Deepswap since the early days. I've tried most NSFW AI tools out there and always default back to Deepswap, it's just such a simple, fast, easy tool to use and the results speak for themselves.

Impossible to Cancel Subscription
Canceling the monthly subscription is virtually impossible. Despite multiple attempts to cancel through their platform, I received no response and continued to be charged. As described in the answer from DeepSwap shortly after my review, I already tried these steps. I have filled out the Google form multiple times, and if you write an email, you will get an automated reply asking you to fill out the same Google form. So don't be misled by their answers. If you have the time to write a response to my Trustpilot review, please take this time to finally cancel my subscription!

Site used to be OK. But now you can't upload any pictures or videos. Just says inappropriate. Avoid this site like the plague.

Grande fregatura, l'anno scorso ho utilizzato questo sito per lavoro, e devo dire che funzionava bene. Quest'anno di conseguenza ho rifatto l'abbonamento, mai l'avessi fatto. Non funziona più, qualsiasi video io carichi mi dice che ci sono contenuti proibiti, anche gli stessi che l'anno scorso funzionavano perfettamente. Ho provato a contattarli ma è una battaglia persa in partenza. C'è una mail automatica che ti rimanda al loro Help Center, dove non solo non si risolve niente, ma soprattutto non si viene rimborsati.

I just wanted to know if anyone has gotten a real response from DeepSwap about the Inappropriate Content.nThe DeepSwap website was great and aa I noticed someone else also mentioned that when you upload a video, it comes back with Inappropriate content. Under Review. I filled out the form that they said I should use and I would hear back from them in 24 hours or so Well it's been over 2 weeks and still nothing. In the past I never had a problem with them. There support team in the past were good in responding within 24 hours, I'm not sure, but I think the company was bought by some other company. I'm just saying
NOTHING BUT THIEVES NOW...
Like most other people ha e said the website/app is now a joke. 99% of images uploaded are classed as I appropriate. I upload a.pic of myself standing to the front yard ( fully clothed lol) and it said it was inappropriate content. As far as I'm concerned the owners are nothing but thieves now, they take money but there's nothing in return. And there's no response from them after 3 weeks.
This company has a great product but horrible customer service
This company has a great product but about the worst customer service. You cannot get a proper response from anyone. How about a customer service number to talk to a live agent or at least a chat line. I know they are making a lot of money so why skimp on the customer service. They have virtually eliminated any easy way to buy credits. I downloaded the app and now becuase of a google problem I cannot pay through the app. Its rediculous. I own a successful business and customer service is a priority.

I think you may be losing a lot of customers. The new payment methods are not normally used in the US. They are not smooth and cumbersome.

Time for Mass-Reports
Guys, why are you not reported them at their payment providers when you got scammed? It is too easy to get them out of business if there is a flood of reports.
No testing possible
You have to immediately sign up for an expensive subscription without even knowing what the results would look like. A short, self-made video should be available for free to test. No, they only ask for money. Stay away!
