Thank you for not overcharging me in order to upgrade. I realize, while editing, that I needed a feature that I did not initially pick. I was hesitant about it because my rent is due. Descript will not play with your money, it's worth it, and they PROVIDE! Thanks, Descript!!!
First attempt at using Descript
So this was my first attempt at using Descript. I had made a short video while on holiday but the audio on the recording had a lot of wind noise which completely spoilt the video. I read on Google that Descript could remove the wind noise so I tried it out, only to find that it did not remove the noise but made the audio worse. As this was my first attempt at doing this sort of thing maybe I did not do it right so will have to try again

Video Editing Tool for NON-Video Editors!
Descript has created a tool that I wished was around years ago! I didn't have the time or patience to learn other software like Premier Pro, and honestly, I didn't even need all those complicated bells and whistles features for what I was doing. Descript has amazing functionality for every-day mainstream non-video editors, and they have totally levelled the playing field IMO. Loved it from the start, and keep find new features as they are committed to improving and iterating. Cannot rate it highly enough! 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Totally affordable, and now I feel like a video editing "pro" like some of my colleagues! 🤣
