Если бы DoNotPay действительно хотел помогать людям, он был бы прозрачным относительно своих цен на сайте. Сообщите мне, если вы сможете найти опубликованную стоимость на сайте без предварительной регистрации. Это должно показать, где находятся приоритеты DoNotPay, какие другие сервисы не указывают свои сборы ясно. Наконец, прочитайте отзывы здесь. Многие были введены в заблуждение или не получили то, что им было нужно от приложения. Меня бы больше впечатлило, если бы приложение было бесплатным или имело единовременную плату, и мы платили бы только если приложение действительно помогает в конкретной ситуации. Не каждое приложение должно быть по подписке. Обширность возможностей звучит отлично на бумаге, но сколько людей действительно используют все функции? Как часто пользователи получают штрафы за парковку или требуют возврата за отменённые рейсы? При стоимости более 100 долларов в год, ценностное предложение не оправдывает себя для большинства пользователей.

МОШЕННИЧЕСТВО! Ответ от DoNotPay — теперь они требуют 36 долларов за удаление аккаунта, которым я никогда не пользовался!!!!!!! Я заплачу, чтобы закрыть этот аккаунт. Я пытаюсь отменить свою услугу у этой компании, и пока это невозможно. Я написал один раз, примерно месяц назад, и мне сказали, что отменят. Я попросил подтверждение по электронной почте и так его и не получил. И вдруг, мне снова сняли деньги. Ужасная компания!
Это не мошенничество. Кажется, это относительно хороший юридический ресурс (за такую цену) с некоторыми интересными функциями конфиденциальности.

Подозрительная структура оплаты.

Я зарегистрировался 9 января 2026 года специально для их функции "снижение спама по электронной почте", и ничего не было сделано. Я отправил два письма (19/01 и 21/01) с просьбой отменить и вернуть деньги из-за невыполнения, и все, что я получил — это автоматические письма с сообщением "Мы получили ваш запрос и свяжемся с вами в течение 24 часов", сейчас 23/01, и ничего не происходит. Хотел бы я проверить отзывы *до* регистрации на эту чепуху, теперь, когда я прочитал некоторые из них здесь. 🙄

I do not recommend this app! It was not at all useful to me!
A complete scam!
After I bought tickets for Disney World which I could not use for medical reasons (Covid), I contacted the Disney Travel Company, and although I spent 1800 dollars in tickets for my and my family, and tried to cancel them an get a refund two weeks in advance of our trip, the answer from Disney still was a resounding NO. Thus, it was with high hopes that I paid the services of DoNotPay, filled all required questionnaires, uploaded all pertinent documents and after three days of "We're solving it behind the scenes" the only thing you in fact get is a letter summarizing all the information for you (not them, YOU) to send to Disney. I already did that without their "help", I already wrote to Disney, I already call them and sent all documentation proving my case and the answer was no. Will this letter change anything? absolutely no! The amount you loose for DoNotPay services is not much (36 dollars), but the real sad fact here is that they give you hopes in that they will help you, that they will fight for you, but all they do is just collect all the information that you already have, paste it altogether in a pdf document and send it to you as if this would change anything.
AVOID
I tried this service a long time ago however it never really worked so I cancelled my subscription with them. Out of nowhere, and probably about 1-2 years later a $63 fee Is charged to my card. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want money to go missing randomly. Also, the positive reviews are most likely fake. If I could give this anything less than a 1 I would!
Monthly charges for NO benefit
I signed up a couple of years ago and never got ANY benefit for the service (the initial review found nothing, and after that they just charged me every month to do nothing). I admittedly had forgotten about it, and when I recently logged in, I discovered that my original monthly subscription fee (which they have been charging me every month), no longer has any benefits. Instead, the app requires me to "upgrade" to $36/quarter to access anything in my account. WHAT A SCAM!
Awesome app with many features
Great app! Everything you can possibly need in one convenient app. Customer support is great too. definitell worth a shot. The money i saved on cable bill in a month made this app pay for itself 😀
Scam.
I should've read the reviews prior to using this "service", I'm usually much better about these things... The red flag for me was how much incredibly sensitive information they ask for to use even the most basic of their services. Phone number, address, social security number, employment information, etc. The cherry on top? The "services" they provide don't even work :) It's also really cool how there's not even an option to delete your account. Of course, I'm guessing they want make it as difficult as possible to break away by forcing you to email customer support to handle even the most basic of requests. And as noted by many others online, doing that will likely accomplish nothing. I'm not looking forward to having to cancel my card to prevent charges I didn't agree to (yes I read the fine print), but so be it. Predatory and anti-consumer, stay far away.

They took £26.00 out my account when I didn't even use the service. Not to mention I cancelled it a day after. Yep scammers.
Obvious loss of communication
Obviously, the only positive reviews come from the owner of the website. It seems as soon as he goes to sleep, the remainder of the reviews are all negative and come from the general public. It's sad that the site was started with good intention, and then fell for their own trap, by becoming the trap.
Possibly a scam
They promise to help you get your Instagram account back but can’t. They say they send a letter on your behalf, but you don’t know if they actually do it, or where it went. No response from IG. Nothing different than me trying to appeal myself. False hope and overhyped app. Possibly even a scam.

Well .. I was literally minutes away from creating an account with this so-called "service" which apparently I referred to it as service ironically because other than charge ppl $ and rip everyone off only bc they do nothing.... NOTHING AT ALL. Luckily I took a second to check out the legitimacy of their service by checking on the reviews... And thankful I did bc I came here to this site and started to read them ... Got half way down the page and read all the positive reviews... REALIZED THEY ARE ALL CLEARLY WRITTEN BY THE SAME PERSON WHICH IS INCREDIBLY OBVIOUS... ( They use the exact same decent Grammer, punctuations the ( - ) you can find in a majority of reviews, they all have the same kind vocabulary of average intelligence ..) idk it's just to obvious... I get to the second page and finally come to find that's where the bad reviews start... It's funny and disgusting because they clearly bombarded this page with all their positive self reviews so that all the negative ones wouldn't be seen unless you went on to view the second page .. where you begin to find all the REAL REVIEWS OF PISSED OFF PPL WHO SADLY TRUSTED A TRASHY COMPANY WHO DOES NO REAL WORK BUT RIP PPL OFF ALL DAY... you know, it's just .. it's sad. It's pathetic. And I'm sure again they will self review themselves all the way back up to the top to make this review disappear like the others... But if I can discourage one person from making the mistake of trusting them, I'll be happy cuz I done my job and this time here was well worth it. Thanks.
