Complete scam, tried taking 36.00 out pf my bank when I hadn't agreed anything , just a query , bank stopped payment and said this is a set up in India to scam people

Glad I read the reviews to see this site is a scam (something you think everyone would do when a website is asking for cc information 😂) but I swear there is nothing funnier than seeing boomers get scammed & then proceed to go through the wrong channels like this site to try to resolve them. Whyyy do you think coming here & complaining will get you your money back? Lmaooo please learn some internet etiquette and then maybe you wouldnt be on here begging for your $36 back when you should be really disputing with your back & contacting them directly through a customer service line.

I was looking to use this service for a dispute against UPS but after reading these reviews it is more than obvious this company is more concerned with cheating people out of their money than resolving their issues. This is actually very sad because if they actually did what they advertise it would help a lot of people and the results would make them tons of money because this is a much-needed service. Oh well, my search continues.
Gave them a shot
Despite all of the negative reviews, I figured I'd give the service a try solely for their "burner number" feature. None of the numbers pass screening on Discord, Twitter, Facebook etc, one managed to pass through burner screening for google, but the number didn't even receive the verification code. My advice? If you want easy burner numbers, steer clear, absolutely useless. Can't say anything about their other services, haven't tried them, they don't seem very useful to me. But yeah, listen to the reviewers.

I didn't make an account and was charged. They will not refund my money and I can't speak to a person. EDIT: Notice how they responded with their policy and ignored the fact that I NEVER MADE AN ACCOUNT!! The support email did this, as well. They wanted me to verify an email account that doesn't belong to me. I had to cancel my debit card and pay a fee to have a new one sent in under 5 days. All in all this cost me $80 for an account I never signed up for.

In glad I read this review page before blowing money on another scam i.need help with getting my money back off a Zelle scam shame on u guys for advertising 98% return on all Zelle scams u people are running these scams like the dude who sounds like he’s from India but his name is Steven jones or some bulls*** u guys can. SCAM SCAM SCAM THEY WILL BILL YOU $52 AUD randomly 5 months after the time you 1st visited their website and gave credit card details for a "free trial" which has no trial cancellation process - they do this knowing some people will miss the transaction and not dispute it

Im not a typical writer of reviews, good or bad but I had to try to say something positive about Do Not Pay. I’m sad to see so many bad reviews for this app because it was the absolute best when I was able to afford the subscription (sadly, I can’t atm.. inflation.. sigh.. ). I see a lot of complaints seem to stem from people not liking that they have to pay for a subscription? Or that they were unable to get every requested refund they tried to use the service for? That’s just silly and not the fault of Do Not Pay… it’s an AI that was designed to fight excessive and frankly abusive parking tickets that get issued in San Francisco… and has since learned to automate other mundane legal tasks that you would see a paralegal or a notary for… they were able to cancel subscriptions for me, and for any one out there that HATES making phone calls about things like that or customer service… Do Not Pay does that for you… you can have your personal data removed from data brokers and even file lawsuits against them should you choose to do so…. These bad reviews are from people that had no idea what the purpose of this service is to begin with and then felt swindled when the AI or the very responsive customer service team were unable to get back the 10 dollars they accidentally used to check out info tracer or something like that. DoNotPay is great service, if you want to have someone else do the lifting for you with mundane tasks, bureaucratic bullsh*t like DMV paper work, etc then you should use it. This isn’t a service EVERYONE needs but for those that do, it’s well worth it. When I am able to, which I hope is soon, I will absolutely subscribe to this service again and until then and we’ll after I will continue singing its’ praises and thanking them for all the help they have given me the last two years.

Donot pay is just another scam
Donot pay is just another scam. They only have an app for and only support ios systems which they don't tell you about anywhere I could find. I went to look for an Android app and it doesn't exist. Also, if you just log into the web site it doesn't allow you to enter any information. It sure allowed me to enter my Bank acct and credit card info and took my money but you can't enter any search info on with your phone or laptop. You type in what you're looking for, hit enter or go and nothing happens! Also, nowhere on their webpage is their contact info or customer service info. You gotta go and find it on the web.

My mom got a verification code for Donotpay even though she never made an account. I tried to find a way to unsubscribe but there are no options to do anything other than to add a bank account. I also tried to email, but the emails aren’t going through.
