Me han cobrado un año más de una suscripción que ya había cancelado y NO HAY SOPORTE QUE ME DEVUELVA DEL DINERO. ES-TA-FA-DO-RES

MISLEADING CUSTOMERS TO PURCHASE YEARLY PLAN. There was a free trial option so I clicked on it, then it didnt show me any amount to be paid so I thought it was one of the free trials that take your credit card details in advance before the trial ends, but it turned out to be the early plan for 80$!!!!! The chatbot says even if I didnt use any of the pro features I cannot cancel it??? I paid 80$ to not use it!! Other companies refund you if they see you canceled on the same day and didnt use the product. THIEVES!!!!

They hook you in then change the rules as the updates roll out, all the really good extras they tease you with lead towards another monthly subscription charge, as a small video maker it's just not worth the money, shame as i liked the software :(
Avoid buying Filmora EVER at ANY cost!
I've been using Wondershare Filmora for content creation for 5 years, since it's interface was really beginner friendly. I tried my best to support this company and wanted them to succeed, bought their product legally, even though they hide their better effects/tools behind a paywall, I decided to pay that as well (and trust me, it isn't cheap) but it's unconceivable how every update breaks the only features that were working before, if it isn't broken DON'T FIX IT. Today it got to the point were the editor is unusable, after an update, when I trim (as I have done for years now) it automatically applies a zoom/ken burns in the trimmed clip, I tried to remove it, resetting the clip, but even thought it appears to be fine without any adjustment, it isn't, using crtl + z (undo) doesn't work either. I can't work like this, I'm a content creator and this is affecting me severely. I've had a lot of issues with this editor, it's updates and fraudulent selling schemes, trating you, the customer that ALREADY PURCHASED THE PRODUCT as a free user, or demo user. I'm tired, I'm done. I write this so no one waste their time and money ever again with Filmora or any of Wondershare products, I'll keep spreading the hate and word about how bad this is until the end of my days. Anything is better than trying to keep up with a company that can't do anything right.

They are thiefs they would attach creative assets trial pack 7 days free with your all purchases. Without our consent these guys add and then they would auto debit money after trial ending we have not willingly opted for trial and then denies for refund and cancellation.
Bloody pink stars
I like the program but very annoyed with the number of features/addon/etc that have the the pink star meaning i have to pay extra. ok but how about giving us paying customers an option to see the free ones first/only

I purchased a Filmora Video subscription for a year during a new-year 'sale'. This cost me $71.99! In fact, I'm just finding out that they have a perpetual offer for $75 (this wasn't shown on the date of purchase). On using the software, I realized how difficult it was, and how it wasn't meeting my fast production goal. Within 6 hours of purchase, I requested a refund. Keep in mind that I had unused credits, and there was a 30-day refund policy. I got an email response from a 'no-reply email' stating that my reason was not sufficient for a refund. They sent me the link to their refund policy that basically claims that they won't be issuing refunds on any product purchased. I am sick to my stomach! How do you use deception to sell your products in 2025!? Don't waste your money on this product. It's useless!

Wondershare Filmora parle d’« essai gratuit », mais prélève 65,33 € immédiatement. J’ai annulé l’abonnement quelques minutes après l’achat, sans utiliser le logiciel, et le remboursement m’a été refusé avec une réponse automatique. Ce n’est PAS un essai gratuit, c’est un piège marketing. Les conditions sont volontairement floues et le service client se cache derrière une politique injuste. En lisant les avis, je vois que je ne suis clairement pas le seul. À fuir.
Attention Arnaque au porte-monnaie
Attention, c'est une belle arnaque savament organisée... Vous achetez l'application soit 95,99 euros et vous n'avez que les fonctionnalitées de bases, voir très basique, voir pas grand chose...Ne serait-ce dans les "Titres" ou les "Effets" ...et dans toutes les autres fonctions qui ne sont pas voir peu accessibles. Pas accessible sauf si vous ouvrez une fois de plus votre porte monnaie avec des abonnements mensuels dans tous les sens... Des abonnements mensuels, des mises à jour, des mises à niveau, des IA payantes, des bonus et des cadeaux...Tout est payant en plus de votre achat initial. Ils savent parfaitement dissimuler les réelles fonctions que vous achetez. Certains logiciels gratuits font dix fois mieux que Filmora... A bannir d'un ordinateur. Pourquoi ? Parce que vous ne pourrez pas faire grand chose si ce n'est perdre votre argent et votre temps.
Rétractation impossible, donc illégale
Le site joue volontairement sur l'ambiguïté de la semaine soi disant gratuite puis l'abonnement a tel prix/mois pour faire payer un forfait a l'année. Ainsi en voulant utiliser notre droit de rétractation nous devons passer par un chatbot qui ne répond simplement a rien alors que le site ne propose aucune autre solution pour se faire rembourser ( j'ai essayé tout ça deux heures après achat ). J'ai donc essayé de contacter par mail le service client sans obtenir la moindre réponse évidemment. Je déconseille d'acheter cette licence qui utilisera malhonnêteté pour vous garder auprès d'eux malgré vous.

Abzocke. Ich denke, die guten Bewertungen sind gekauft. Ich habe mir Wondershare Filmora gekauft und musste dann leider schmerzhaft erfahren, dass dort ein 7tätiges Probeabo enthalten ist, was aber meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht ersichtlich ist. Wenn man also nicht innerhalb der 7 Tage kündigt, hat man ein Abo am Hals und bekommt auch keine Rückerstattung. Also Kulanz gibt es dort nicht. Einsicht auch nicht... Naja. Ich dachte gut, jetzt hab ich eine Software mit der ich Filme bearbeiten kann. Ich habe die ja schließlich gekauft. Das stimmt auch soweit. Ich kann Filme schneiden und überlappen und Musik hinterlegen. All das, was mit man einer Freeware Version auch kann. Die Effekte kann man allerdings nicht nutzen. Die kosten nämlich nochmal Geld. Ja genau! Und ausblenden / filtern kann man auch nicht. Man muss schon ganz genau darauf achten was man macht, ansonsten kauft man die nämlich einfach. Ich finde das unverschämt, aber das Modell geht wohl auf. Leute abzocken und Geld damit machen. Für mich nutzen die eine legale Lücke aus. Ich hoffe, dass es Karma gibt. Viel Glück.

Reeds eerder heb ik melding gedaan, maar tevergeefs. Ik heb in het programma geschreven en ook hier. De reactie was we willen het zo snel mogelijk oplossen. (vertaling: we willen u zo lang mogelijk aan het lijntje houden.) Er is nog niks opgelost. Ik heb een programma gekocht waar als element sneeuw in zat. Dit is weg, of ik moet er extra voor betalen. Het komt er op neer dat ik een nieuwe auto koop, waar later de wielen onder weg gehaald worden of ik moet betalen. Ik heb 73 euro betaald maar de sneeuw is verdwenen. Het antwoord er op was dit komt door onze toe leveringsbedrijven. Daar heb ik geen boodschap aan ik heb Filmora betaald voor een programma met elementen er in. Die worden er zomaar uitgehaald. Hoe gek is het nou. IK zie geen oplossing en raad daarom ook niemand aan om dit programma te kopen of er voor te betalen. Ik heb geprobeerd om contact te krijgen ook telefonisch. Dat is helemaal mooi, ik als Nederlander heb een keuze, kijk maar eens: Europa: Bel +44 20 4625 2033 en kies een taaloptie. Druk op 1 voor Engels, druk op 2 voor Duits , druk op 3 voor Portugees, druk op 4 voor Spaans. Hoe raar. maar er staat geen taal voor mij bij en ik kom dus niet verder. Nogmaals mijn advies niet kopen. Ik ben er nu vanaf 2022 mee bezig en krijg geen oplossing alleen maar meer ergernis en dingen zoals PDF die er weer aan toe gevoegd zijn en een update die je een paar dagen mag gebruiken en dan moet kopen. Het gaat alleen maar om het geld.

Contact client exécrable, ils veulent juste nous soutirer de l'argent sans même pouvoir rien dire. C'est malheureusement un site qui ne devrait pas durer et se faire détruite !! L'application peut être utile pour le montage si rien ne suis derrière ça ne sert à rien !

Do not subscribe for this app or software, there are many red flags I should have taken note of, like the fact there is no monthly subscription but instead everything was billed yearly, the fact that they don't have a customer service and no email to even contact and talk to them directly, just robot and noreply automated emails. Another red flag is their big watermark for unpaid version, you just know they are very selfish and dont want you to use them for free like other better app with smaller watermark. so now I am stuck with a useless good for nothing app for a year and I cant get my money back because they wont refund me. After subscribing for this software, you still have to subscribe to use any meaningful features like a youtube subscribe sticker, and captioning your video you also need to pay again to even use that feature, making it like 3 different yearly billed subscription to have a meaningful usage. This is a Sc@m software, I definitely don't recommend for anyone, and I am pissed. Also trust pilot issued a warning they are paying people to write good reviews for them, take this review as a good first hand experience and save yourself the stress and waste of money and space.

Charged for cancelled subscription and refused refund
Cancelled my annual subscription but still got charged. As I didn’t receive a confirmation email I have no proof and despite immediately asking for a refund (the next day) I have been told I’m not getting one. A company that doesn’t care that its customers are not happy is not a good company.
