El día que no me roben volveré.
Los he dejado por imposible. Los ladrones o van a la cárcel o se reintegran en la sociedad. Yo renuevo mi licencia en abril de año que viene, que esperen setados yo me voy a Apple estudio x. Estos te quieren cobrar ppr respirar. Con lo que fueron.....
Easy and Fun to Use!
I love using Wondershare’s video editor, Filmora! It’s so easy to use and really fun too. I edit videos just for fun, and this program has been able to keep up with my creativity every step of the way. I love all the effects and features it offers! There’s always something new to try. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants a user-friendly, creative editing experience! (Been using it since 2018, I believe)
Annoying.
to be fair it's a decent platform, but so annoying they make you pay for things you can do yourself and are so minor, I fully purchased this years ago, still they don't value that and would make me pay for everything. pathetic, don't give 1 star cuz fairly enough the platform is decent.
FAKE 'Try it for free'
They claimed I can try the app for free. So I went throught the tedious process of downloading and setting it up. And in the end they didn't allow me to try what I wanted and asked to pay right away, when I am not even sure the app can actually provide what I need.

Filmora Wondershare Review – Don’t Waste Your Time or Money My experience with Filmora Wondershare has been nothing short of a nightmare. After canceling my subscription, they still charged me without permission—already a huge red flag. I tried their Text-to-Video AI feature, expecting something functional. What I got was low-quality, repetitive videos with scripts that don’t match the visuals. On top of that, the pricing model is confusing and misleading: the $20 monthly subscription does not cover AI video creation; you’re forced to pay extra credits on top of that, making it much more expensive than advertised. Customer support is slow, unhelpful, and inconsistent. When you finally get a human on the line, they claim that refunds are only allowed for software errors, which is ridiculous because the software clearly fails at its main function. Bottom line: Unauthorized charges after canceling. AI Text-to-Video is poor quality, repetitive, and inaccurate. Subscription is misleading—$20/month plus extra credits for AI features. Customer service is frustrating and unresponsive. Conclusion: Don’t waste your money or time with Filmora Wondershare. There are better, more reliable tools like Grok that actually work as promised.

Schlechter Kundensupport, kein Wiederrufsrecht. Ich habe versehentlich das falsche Abo abgeschlossen und anstatt eines Monats ein ganzes Jahr bezahlt. Der Kundensupport schreibt nur Abgelenht ohne wirkliche Gründe zu nennen. Das ist eine ganz waghalsige Umgehung des europäischen wiederrufsrecht was die hiermit betreiben. Ich hab mich extra hier angemeldet um zu beschreiben wie beschissen diese Seite ist.

Wondershare m'a prélevé 53.99€ J'ai vérifié mon compte filmora et je n'ai aucun abonnement actif !!!! Comment ils ont pu prélevé ?? Comment je peux supprimer l'abonnement alors qu'il n'existe plus pour ne plus être prélevé ! C'est une dinguerie...de l'arnaque Je ne comprends pas et impossible de les joindre sur aucun support

Absolute SCAMMERS
Their website advertises a “Free 7-Day Trial,” but I was charged the full amount immediately upon signing up, without any notice that payment would be taken upfront. I have never seen any company offering 7 day free trial and charging customers upfront like this. Paypal doesn’t help in this case either, so very careful of this SCUM of a company robbing you of your hard earned money.
Abzocke in Anfängerfreundlich
Programm ist Anfängerfreundlich aber das wars auch schon. Es werden andauernd neue Versionen rausgebracht und durch ständige Pop-Ups versucht Wondershare einen zu einem Kauf der neuen Version zu leiten. Dass man als Käufer der lebenslangen Lizenz der vorherigen Versionen nicht kostenlos oder mit minimalen Aufpreis upgraden kann finde ich auch ein Unding. Natürlich bekommt man "Rabatt" aber der fällt leider minimal aus. Man zahlt 100€ für die lebenslange Lizenz nur um ein paar Monate später bei jedem Start des Programmes aufgefordert zu werden, für 70€ zu upgraden. Und so geht das Jahr für Jahr. Jedes Jahr eine neue Vollversion für die man dann zahlen soll. Und die Neuerungen sind dieses Geld allemal nicht wert, falls sie überhaupt einwandfrei funktionieren sollten (KI-Funktionen tuen es nicht). Diesmal habe ich mich dagegen entschieden, erhalte nun bei jedem Start ein Pop-Up dass ich upgraden soll, teilweise stürzt das Programm ab und Bugs gibt es auch welche mit der Zeit extrem nervig werden.

ho comprato 4 anni fa la licenza perpetua di filmora 11. Funziona bene, la uso ogni tanto per racchiudere i miei ricordi. Per due volte mi ha addebitato decine di euro di abbonamenti che in realtà non volevo. Questo perché è molto pressante con il suo metodo promozionale. Tanto è vero un paio di volte ho aggiornato per errore il software a filmora 14. La prima volta mi sono corretto e ho reinstallato la versione corretta per la mia licenza, la seconda volta ho scaricato per errore filmora 12, e l ho usato per editare un intero video. un lavoro da buttare perché il file filmora 12 non è compatibile con filmora 11. L'assistenza, piuttosto lenta, non è stata per nulla d'aiuto, mi ha tenuto più di un ora a richiedere una soluzione, per poi rimanere nell'irrisolto, mi hanno esortato più volte ad aggiornare il mio abbonamento a filmora 14, che per altro è piuttosto brutto e ha un interfaccia confusionaria.
Frustrated and Lost After Filmora’s Latest Update
I’ve used Wondershare Filmora for a long time and really enjoyed making movies with it. But after the recent updates, I can barely use it anymore. The interface changed so much that I feel lost every time I open it. Features I relied on are either hidden or gone, and the program constantly asks me to upgrade or log in again. I used to recommend Filmora to friends, but not anymore — it’s become a hassle instead of a help.

Ho acquistato, il 13-10-2025, wondershare filmora 64bit 14.10.5_full 846, Ordine Ref#B1AN534399H202832V. Sembrava tutto a posto ma, dopo varie prove e richieste di aiuto il programma non funziona correttamente: ad esempio traduce in russo o lingua simile invece dell'italiano selezionato, ecc.. Inoltre non è accettabile che mi siano richiesti aggiornamenti del punteggio: ho fatto più prove senza risultato e i 1000 punti assegnati all'inizio si esauriscono velocemente. Sono assolutamente insoddisfatto dell'utilizzo del programma. Ho chiesto il rimborso della cifra pagata e un invito a non rinnovare più l'abbonamento alla sua scadenza ma non sono stati accettati. Per legge, se un cliente è insoddisfatto, ha diritto al rimborso. Invito gli eventuali possibili clienti di wondershare a prestare molta attenzione all'atto di un acquisto; inoltre l'azienda, come segnalato da Trustpilot, compra le recensioni positive: la mia, come si vede, non lo è.
