L'application filmora sur PC bug constament. j'ai un 7900xtx avec 7800x3d. Je dois redémmaré constament l'application car mes videos apparaissent noir, ou bien ne veut pas s'upload dans le fichier souhaiter. je dois recommencer souvent le montage video. j'ai également acheter 400 000 credit AI et je perd le 3/4 des credits a force d'échec, bug , ou bien le fait que je dois recommencer souvent ce que j'ai effectuer. Never download Wondershare Filmora trial version!
I`ll share my honest experience after testing a product from Wondershare Filmora video creator- extremely disappointing. Never download their trial version—you will not get your video in the end. Unfortunately, I wasted an entire day learning this the hard way. If they were honest from the beginning, nobody would ever download their trial. They purposely misguide you into get a free trial that doesn't EXIST. They never tell users that they must download the software first to discover these essential limitations and they don't care to acknowledge the lack of clear information prior to any purchase or payment - cunning marketing tactics to "steal" your money by any means. Breach of guidelines - proves it even more. Customer 0 value versus Money! First: when you export your video, every single image is covered with a huge transparent band across the whole screen, with their company name written from left to right - watermark - it completely ruins the video. Second: even if you accept this and continue to download your video, they save it directly to their own cloud without even asking you—and you cannot access your own video unless you pay for one of their cloud plans. It’s shameful that they don’t warn users about this upfront - but now we know why. It is a purposeful misleading and honestly a big marketing manipulation. If I had known any of this from the start, I wouldn’t have spent even one minute on any product from this money-making- machine Company!

J'aurais dû regarder les avis, et surtout l'alerte Trustpilot qui indique une violation des conditions d'utilisation, Wondershare utilisant des offres en échange d'avis positifs... Vous allez voir, ils vont me faire une réponse basique comme ils font à tout le monde, en me disant "nous sommes désolés que vous rencontriez un problème", sans résoudre quoi que ce soit... Il y a quelques jours, après quelques recherches et avoir lu les pages de description, j'achète le produit. Bon, pas mal pour un débutant qui veut faire des choses basiques sur une vidéo, c'est mon cas, mais je l'achetais aussi pour l'IA. Tout d'abord, le détail des crédits est totalement faux sur leur site (règle de consommation des crédits) : À la ligne Text-to-video il est indiqué "20 à 30 crédits utilisés". Arrivé sur le logiciel, surprise ! Le minimum est de 90 crédits pour la génération d'un rendu médiocre, et de 1100 crédits pour un rendu basique avec Veo3. L'abonnement de base permet de consommer 1000 crédits... par mois... Il n'est fait aucune mention de ces crédits variables avant achat. Jusque là, rien de grave, ça arrive, bon... Pas content, je contacte gentiment le service client, et là, j'ai des échanges encore plus médiocres que le logiciel en lui-même. Je pense qu'un robot me répond, comme ils le font sur Trustpilot... J'explique le problème, on me répond qu'il n'est pas possible de satisfaire ma demande, en me renvoyant vers les pages que j'ai déjà lues ! Donc, je réexplique que j'ai bien lu les pages, que ce n'est pas explicite du tout, que le descriptif ne correspond pas au produit acheté... même réponse. Je demande un remboursement dans le cadre du délai de rétractation, on me répond, accrochez-vous, qu'on ne peut pas satisfaire ma demande pour "raisons personnelles" ! De pire en pire. Je liste les articles du code de la consommation, même pour une société basée à Hong Kong, qui vend en ligne... L.221-2, L.217-4, L.217-5, L.217-9 et L.217-10, et Code civil, art. 1641 à 1649 et Ordonnance n° 2021-1247 du 29 septembre 2021 pour la garantie des vices cachés. Je fais valoir mon droit de rétractation. Même réponse robotisée, ils n'en ont rien à faire. J'ai perdu 45 €, si je peux vous éviter de les perdre aussi. Éventuellement je parie 45 € sur la réponse bateau d'un robot à ce commentaire :) ----- Ajout du 05/12/2025 : Wondershare m'a répondu avec des données falsifiées pour essayer de ne pas me rembourser. Merci les captures d'écran et les enregistrements vidéos ! ------ Ajout du 08/12/2025 : Mail reçu de Filmora qui indique avoir modifié les informations sur leur page de consommation des crédits, car celle-ci n'était pas à jour (oui oui, ils m'écrivent tout ça !!) Et pourtant, ils refusent toujours de me rembourser, en indiquant que mes raisons sont personnelles. Et regardez leur retour... Je maintiens, n'achetez pas !

Unbelievable SCAMMERS!!! Never ever buy software from this company!!! They should be prosecuted by law. I dont want to take te time to explain but they trick you in and let you pay a lot.
Dopo due anni che uso il software, purtroppo sempre peggio
Dopo due anni che uso il software, che reputo molto intuitivo e ben fatto per l'editing video, purtroppo devo segnalare continui crash dovuti all'uso della gpu (in pratica per usarlo devo disattivare la scheda grafica, il che ovviamente rallenta l'editing), e soprattutto una volta acquistato il software bisogna dopo acquistare tutta una serie di pacchetti per avere accessibile tutto. Ogni volta che aggiungo un effetto, un audio o altro è sempre a pagamento, ed anche dopo aver attivato la prova gratuita di 30 giorni, alcuni effetti non sono disponibili. Ho segnalato i crash e diverse problematiche tramite il supporto ma risponde sempre un bot, ed anche inviando il crash log ai tecnici non ho ottenuto nulla. Penso di cambiare a breve software di editing verso qualcuno più trasparente nei prezzi e con meno bug.

Asking the free version of the software to preview 7mb file. And despite it can't clarify what the file is and the free version should handle such a small file, it still asks to make a subscription?! What a crap!

Abzocke pur. Das Programm kann ja recht viel, wenngleich von intuitivem Einstieg nicht die Rede sein kann. Aber darum geht es nicht. Mehr um die diversen sehr unübersichtlichen Abomodelle und die ständigen Popups zur Generierung von zusätzlichem Geld. Viele ganz einfache Funktionen wie eine normale Überblendung sind schon wieder kostenpflichtig, Support ist unterirdisch und die Bezahlung mir Kreditkarte funktionierte diesmal auch nicht.

io la ritengo una truffa, infatti pagare per il semplice acquisto del software è inutile, in quanto è un contenitore vuoto! Se vuoi i vantaggi del programma, devi acquistare diverse opzioni costose a "crediti" . Lo sconsiglio vivamente!
SHAMEFUL LICENSING POLICY: AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Can you believe a product would sell you a 'Lifetime License' and then demand you pay again just to upgrade to the next major version? That's exactly what Filmora does, and it is absolutely disgraceful behavior. I bought their perpetual license, and now, after updating to the newer version, I'm locked out and told to purchase a new plan. This is a classic example of bait-and-switch marketing that completely devalues the trust users place in the "Lifetime" promise. Filmora is deceiving its customers. Avoid this software and this company at all costs. There are plenty of other editors out there that don't pull these kinds of tricks. Spend your money elsewhere.
They tried not to refund but finally did.
I have several MacBooks and I have registered with Filmora with different accounts. Trying to upgrade two licenses to version 17, I entered the wrong email and as a result the upgrades I paid for would not install and so I paid for nothing. Requests for refunds were denied. Well finally I have been refunded, though they had sent the message that my request for refund were denied. Maybe this is the effect of TrustPilot! Thanks.

J'avais acheté filmora 14 a vie et un jour sans me dire Il s'est mis à jour sur le 15 sans me préciser que c'était payant j'ai passé deux journées entières à faire un montage et toute dernière seconde (a l'exportation (ben oui un message du style attention vous n'avez pas payé, c'était trop demander) ) m'informe qu'il faut payer 80 balles ... Sachant que il y a quasiment aucune différence entre le 14 et le 15 Je vais sur leur site et je vois indiquer un grand icône "3€80 par mois" je me dis génial je vais juste payer un mois et j'aurai ma vidéo ... ET NON il faut payer minimum un an donc quel est l'intérêt d'afficher en mois si il faut payer un an ... Du coup c'était soit je payais ce truc hors de prix pour aucune différence bien sûr soit je refaisais tout mon montage Enfin bref le logiciel est bien en terme d'utilité par contre les stratégies commerciales sont juste à vomir c'est un vrai dommage on n'est pas loin de la mafia

Logiciel à FUIR ! Même en ayant payé la licence vous ne pouvez plus utiliser correctement le programme au bout d'un certain temps. J'ai acheté la licence de Filmora 11 et depuis l'éditeur n'a de cesse que de vouloir me faire acheter des options ou des abonnements. La meilleure: depuis Filmora 15 qui m'est proposé quand je lance le logiciel, Filmora 11 plante !?... Ce système commercial est exaspérant, au point que je vais sans doute abandonner Fimora (malgré une licence payée) et me diriger vers un concurrent. En espérant que tous les éditeurs de logiciels ne vont pas se mettre à faire de même.

Una verdadera estafa!! Te intentan cobrar cada dos por tres y como no estes pendiente y des a algo sin querer te cae la facturita. Hay que estar muy pendiente y andar desactivando en su web cada vez que utilizas el programa los pagos. Son unos mafiosos sin escrúpulos que te cobran un producto igual año tras año. Si puedes utilizar otro editor mejor. No merece la pena tantos quebraderos de cabeza. Sus tácticas son de autentica mafia.

Refus de remboursement même avec des motifs légitimes. Je me retrouve avec un abonnement de 1 an pour un logiciel qui ne répond pas à mes besoins.

DO NOT BUY! SCAM! SCAM! I have bought a basic plan but I didn't realised that most of the things I need are actually at an extra cost as creative assets. There is absolutely no need to buy this software if we can't use them. I asked for a refund and cancellation and I was rejected a few minutes after making the purchase. I will now claim thru PayPal.
