Easy to use but crashes very often on Windows 10 as well as Windows 11
So far so good
So far so good. I like the fact you can record voice overs right in the program. That makes things easy. I am upset I can not access all features because they cost more but that is my problem. It takes quite bit of processing technology to run it right but other then that, this is really good software.

Da sempre utilizzo Magix Video Deluxe, sono alla versione 2025 e sto per acquistare la 2026. Mi sono rivolto anche a Wondershare Filmora per problemi legati a crash tipici di MVD e perché ne avevo apprezzato versatilità e intuibilità. Sottoscrivo un contratto vitalizio ma, dopo pochi mesi - né aggiornamenti, né altro - mi ritrovo con 'i diamantini' su effettistica, transizioni, intro/outro etc. dapprima fruibili gratuitamente. Addirittura avevo terminato il montaggio di un video utile per un professionista mio amico, provincia di Macerata, e - al momento dell'esportazione - mi blocca un pop-up in cui in sostanza si dice: 'se vuoi utilizzare questi effetti, paga'. Il dolo è proprio lì: non vieni allertato subito (i 'diamantini' sono apparsi dopo...) ma in fase critica! Stasera, 16/10/2025, stavo scaricando dal mio Account Wondershare alcuni effetti gratuiti. Dopo il primo, con una connessione a 290 mbit, il 'cubetto verde' allerta: 'se non riesci dopo 30 secondi, riprova'. Dopo 6 prove ho maledetto il giorno in cui feci l'acquisto. Altra cosa: risponde un bot, non vi illudete...

I use filmora daily to make videos of 16:9 and 9:16 , it s very easy to use, and has a lot of built in features that make video editing easy, you can export at any user selectable resolutions and frame rates including sound only, my only gripe is the hearts system for using premium content, its not for me, and every day it trys to get you to take a FREE trail, its VERY annoying, i tried it once for a AI video and it was terrible... absolutely awful...but as a video editor its top notch.

I TOOK A FREE TRIAL BUT CANCELLED ON DAY TWO-TOOK A SCREENSHOT AS PROOF BUT THEY ARE ATTEMTING TO TAKE £141,00 AND HAVING TRIED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE FOR THREE DAYS-THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM ABOUT THIS-NONE. VERY SHADEY PROCESSES

Fraudulent company. I used the free download to create a video. Then went to export it and it stated i needed to pay to have the video without the watermark. They offered a discount if I clicked either 45 minutes. So I followed this and it advised $4.17 per month, cancel any time. After pressing pay for 4.17 per month, I have been charged a fee of 59.99. I have asked to cancel this for a full refund, but they are refusing, despite advertising at 4.17 per month and the ability to cancel any time. You cannot cancel at any time. When you thwn go back into the software, you still cant export the video as it then asks for further money to include various different additional factors eg. Music. Have raised a dispute with PayPal.

ALLES KOSTET EXTRA - NICHT MEHR GUT!
Ich benutze das Programm nun seit mehr als 5 Jahren. Ich habe ein jährliches Abo welches ca 70 Euro beträgt. Zu Beginn waren 90% der Funktionen in diesem Abo enthalten und man konnte recht viel nutzen. Ja was soll ich sagen, nach und nach wurde eigentlich so gut wie alles in ein DAFÜR MUSST DU EXTRA ZAHLEN System umgewandelt. Einfache Sticker, Smileys, Youtube Banner, Effekte wie Flammen, Nebel, Regen oder auch einfach nur Übergänge wurden so nach und nach zu EXTRAS! Dann gab es eine einfache Möglichkeit Text in Sprache umzuwandeln, welche nun leider auch nochmal zusätzliches Geld kostet in Form von AI Credits und dann obendrein auch nicht mal gut ist, sondern sich eher anhört wie ein Roboter. Ja und so zieht sich dass durch das komplette Programm, alles was man anklickt kostet zusätzlich zum Jahresabo nochmal extra Geld und ist obendrein halt auch einfach zweitklassig. Ich finde es eine absolute Frechheit und würde dieses Programm keinem mehr empfehlen. Es gibt dutzende Programme ohne Kostenfalle und Abzocke und außerdem ist jede Browser AI meist besser, gerade bei Voiceover oder Bilderzeugung. Mein Abo werde ich auf keinen Fall mehr verlängern!

SCAM COMPANY KOOP HIER NIKS. Ik heb voor een refund gevraagd maar hier doen ze NIET aan wegens hun "refund policy". Ik heb dit product VANDAAG gekocht en het voldoet NIET aan wat ik dacht dat ik zou krijgen. ENORM onduidelijk word er aangegeven dat je nog meer aankopen moet doen voor 80% van de effects etc. Ik heb nog steeds geen geld terug. Koop hier NIKS.

Disgraceful company
I purchased a subscription as it promised the ability to create AI video (I don't need much, a few seconds occasionally for business). After I downloaded and tried the software, I thought 'why not?' Well, I'll tell you why not. The subscription doesn't cover even one AI video creation. Not a single one. Immediately it starts asking for money for "credits" in able to create. So essentially their website lies about what the subscription provides. I requested a refund, but lo and behold it "failed". Avoid this lot of sharks. Spend your money on Bing video generator instead.

Technical support non-existent. Several paid for features don't work. Online help option leads nowhere. Tried for many days to make contact with a human rep through Filmora’s web-based options without success. Finally managed email contact 2 Oct. Regularly used features like Text to Video OR Image to video didn’t work. No access to creative assets [included in my paid subscription] either. After 5 days, I get a “no-reply” email in which I was sent 3 copies of the same “Link”; basically adverts of Filmora 14 which is the software I am already using & paid for it. Also received 3 more links for other Filmora products to buy. As for my problems, the email doesn’t even address them. Since it’s a “no-reply” message, that ends the matter from Filmora’s side. Stay away from Filmora if you are looking for a video editor programme. Save your money. ======================= SEEN Filmora reply. Reconfirms how poor Filmora technical support is. They did not even read the review properly. Recommended email contact by me, when in my review I have clearly stated that email contact not only did not fail to solve my problems, the email reply came as a "no-reply", dead end correspondence in which they tried to sell their other products, not provided no solution to the annoying problems for which I contacted Filmora!!!

ho acquistato questo programma di editor video, io non sono un professionista del settore per cui avevo bisogno di un programma fruibile alle mie conoscenze, ho scopertovia via le tantissime funzioni,effetti e altro di questo programma, lo trovo ottimo e neanche molto costoso! lo consiglio

Leider betrügerisch
Sehr schlechter kundensupport, nur ein chatbot, selten gibt es antworten von einer realen person, dann kommt auch noch dazu dass Wondershare eine art "Betrug" ist... ich habe mein refund nicht bekommen weil ich am 27. Tag filmora bezüglich des problems angeschrieben habe und das support team hat erst mit verspätung geantwortet und NUR, absichtlich weitere rückfragen gestellt, sodass ich aus der 30tage-frist rauskam... dann als ich auf rückfragen zum refund eingegangen bin hat das support-team mein zurechtes-refund abgelehnt weil der e-mail-verlauf sich über wochen hinweg gezögert hat...
