Flessibilità pari a zero
Ho pagato 109 eur per un abbonamento che non riesco ad usufruire correttamente, in quanto il risultato dei clip che genera da testo risultano "spezzati e poco fluidi"... non dico che il programma non valga i suoi soldi, perché probabilmente il mio PC o la sua scheda grafica non sono al 100% compatibili con i requisiti di sistema del loro software. La mia frustrazione deriva però dal loro "servizio di assistenza" ed i loro rigidi termini di rimborso, che non mi consentono di riavere indietro il mio denaro. Mi hanno bensì fornito un file.exe di upgrade, ma visto che il mio clip non è neanche stato salvato (il programma si è impallato del tutto ed ho dovuto riavviare il sistema, perdendo il progetto), non ho modo di dimostrare loro la qualità del filmato, se non rifacendolo - cosa che però costerebbe ulteriori crediti che non sono poi neanche inclusi nell'abbonamento. Ho provato con le buone a scrivere al loro "servizio di assistenza" per spiegare l'accaduto, ma è palese che è un agente IA che ti risponde sempre nella stessa maniera, impuntandosi sui termini di condizioni, e non trovo numeri da contattare... spero che almeno leggendo la mia recensione, qualcuno di loro si degni a contattarmi personalmente. Condividerò se no questa mia esperienza con il mio network di colleghi nell'ambito del web marketing, non solo a livello nazionale, ma anche a livello europeo. A voi la scelta... rimborsare uno o perdere centinaia con sicuro effetto domino.
WARNING! Don't buy ANYTHING
I tried to buy a one-month Premium subscription for about $6.67 - nothing much. But when I paid, I was suddenly charged $105.88 instead. That’s a lot more than six bucks. When I requested a refund, I was told it couldn’t be processed “because it belongs to personal reasons.” Which honestly sounds like a formal way of saying, “that’s your problem.” How is it my problem when you charged me over $100 for something that was supposed to cost $6? And it just makes it even worse that this company has been offering incentives for reviews.
Thought it was a trial, charged anyway – refund refused
I believed I was downloading a free trial, but after installing I discovered I had already been charged for the full product. On top of that, I was asked to make additional, expensive in-app purchases just to use basic features. When I requested a refund, the process was confusing and ultimately denied based on their policy. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I cancelled before the trial was up, yet they continue to charge me every month. When I log in, my account shows no active subscriptions whatsoever. I’ve emailed them multiple times with screenshots proving this. Eventually someone finally replied and acknowledged that there were no active plans on my account… only to then send another email claiming I “didn’t cancel the renewal” and will be charged again. There is absolutely nowhere on their website to cancel anything — no renewal option, no subscription options, nothing. This company relies on deceptive language and makes it impossible to cancel, no matter how many times you try. DO NOT SIGN UP — YOU WILL KEEP GETTING CHARGED WITH NO WAY TO CANCEL. THIS COMPANY IS 100% A SCAM!!!!!!!

Super logiciel de montage ! Il est peut être un peu trop chère mais divers formules d'achats existent et reste tout de même moins chère que Sony Vegas Pro. Je recommande.
Lack of transparency
Lack of transparency, unanswered questions, and zero respect for consumer rights I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Filmora/Wondershare. I purchased a plan expecting a straightforward and transparent product, but instead I encountered hidden limitations, unclear conditions, and a support team that repeatedly avoids answering direct questions. Filmora uses a system of “AI credits,” but nowhere during the purchase process did they clearly explain how many credits each function consumes. Yes, the plan shows “1000 credits,” but this number is meaningless when the company does not disclose the actual cost of each tool. This information is essential for any customer to know whether the product meets their needs. I asked support several times to show me: Where in the checkout process they inform users of the credit consumption per feature. Where the cost per tool is explained before payment. Where they tell users that they must download the software first to discover these essential limitations. They have never answered these questions. Not once. Instead, they keep sending generic responses that ignore every point I raise, as if they aren’t even reading my messages. Their attitude suggests that the burden is on the customer to perform an “exhaustive investigation” to discover critical product limitations that Filmora fails to disclose before purchase. This is a violation of basic transparency and goes against international e-commerce consumer protection standards. Support is either automated or simply unwilling to address the real issues. Even after four attempts, they refuse to acknowledge the lack of clear information prior to payment. This is not professional and certainly not what I expected from a company of this size. I cannot recommend Filmora. A company that hides essential information, ignores customer questions, and refuses to take responsibility shows a complete lack of respect for consumers. *respectful customer treatment*, avoid this company.
I purchased software about a year ago
I purchased software about a year ago. A window comes up asking to upgrade today. Which I did but then asked for money to use it. So I reverted to the original software off their website(which I paid for). The software I downloaded from their website contains a bug where there is no sound no matter what I did. Lots of upselling with this company and not totally upfront and honest. I'm an experienced videographer and graphic artist. I made a change to my review based on further investigation on my end. Seems file got corrupted when I had to revert back to the old software, though I had not used any new features. Lost a couple of hours work-so naturally I was angry. Had to completely start over again. Then it worked. Wish the company would say it's a paid upgrade first instead of finding out via watermark after etc. Be upfront..you'll be respected more.

Irreführende Werbung! 190,80 € Business-Abo ohne Funktion: Schlüssel-KI-Credits fehlen. Ich habe als Geschäftskunde das teure Filmora Business Annual Abo knapp 200 Euro gekauft, weil das Marketing stark auf Schlüssel-KI-Funktionen wie „Text zu Video“ setzte . Nach der Zahlung musste ich feststellen, dass diese beworbenen Hauptfunktionen nicht im Abo-Preis enthalten sind, sondern über ein separates KI-Credit-System bezahlt werden müssen. Das größte Problem: Mein Account wurde mit 0 Credits freigeschaltet , wodurch das Programm sofort nutzlos war, da die Kernfunktionen nicht genutzt werden konnten. Dieses intransparente Dual-Paywall-Modell, kombiniert mit dem technischen Bereitstellungsfehler (fehlende Credits), ist für den gewerblichen Einsatz ungeeignet. Warnung an alle, die durch die KI-Werbung angelockt werden: Informieren Sie sich über die versteckten Credit-Kosten! Ein tolle Software allerdings bei der Nutzung von KI Funktionen fast unbezahlbar.

Forced Upgrade after lifetime licence…
Forced Upgrade after lifetime licence purchase. I own Filmora 12 and the installer only installs v15. They say you can revert but all installers linked to older products just install the newest version again. Customer support is all ai now with only bots saying to use the old installer. All installers only install the newest version. DO NOT PURCHASE LIFETIME LICENSE, USE CAPCUT OR SOMETHING ELSE!

The most accessible video editor!
Filmora is a huge step up over Filmora 14 in so many ways. The dual timeline addition really helps keep your project more organised with more complex edits. Mixing in subprojects into this is another massive time saver if you need to pull specific parts of another project quickly into your current one. As someone who is starting in tech related content creation I can appreciate immensely the animated charts feature beause it allows me to instantly create animated charts with incredibly easy customisation speeding up my workflow a lot while not sacrificing quality at all. Being able to import raw CSV files is another huge benefit being able to edit the simpler ones inside of Filmora which is outstanding. Outside of the headline additions Filmora 15 is packed with lots of new little treats. Lots of effects, transitions and more! Almost anyone who wants to get into ontent creation seriously does not need any other video editor other than Filmora. It is easy to use with great room to expand your skills while also speeding up your workflow compared to any other option. The pricing is amazing with perpetual licencing available,.The quality, reliability, update frequency, performance, feature set and overall polished experience next to the ease of use of Filmora 15 is hard to beat for it's really low cost especially if you are in regions like India and Vietnam. I coudln't recommend Filmora more. As someone who is visually impaired I appreciate more than anything how easy it is to use and learn. The only thing I ask for is allow the UI font and icons to be scaled to larger sizes and it would be perfect.

Fiquei bastante desiludido após assinar por um ano pois os recursos inclusos no pacote são pobres, poucos e antigos. Comecei por usar o modo de teste e fiquei impressionado com alguns efeitos mas os planos para os ter são muito caros e acabei por ficar com um programa medíocre que vários softwares gratuitos fariam o mesmo como o iMovie. Além de tudo isto quando finalmente consegui fazer um clip com os recursos base constatei que após correr 60% o video bloqueia e retoma já perto do final.
Smart cutout is the worst feature
Smart cutout is the worst feature known to man. Can't even cut out a simple picture. Don't waste your time with this shitty app. It's actually embarrassing how a free website can cutout a background better than filmora.

This bait and switch crap makes me angry. Free my ass. Time Limitation and feature limitation is fine, but instead of putting a water mark can't they put some ads or something for people who only need to clip something to send to a friend? And I had to register to even find that out! Talk about building customer relations. Yeah, no free lunch but man how cheap can a company get. Now even if I do need a proper editor or somebody asks me I sure am not gonna recommend this. State it up front so people don't have to go through hoops. Make the corporate hellscape behaviour backfire big time

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I called them last year to cancel my subscriptions ( because I forgot I had them, fair, my fault ) I told them I didn't know I was subscribed and had them cancel my subscriptions for me, so I went on my way believing that is what they had done. I then went on to purchase the full version out right on my easy to access google account, to avoid any more forgotten subscriptions. Then a year later I discover that they were still charging me for a subscription! I specifically called them to avoid this, and it feels like support hid this information from me on the phone. I actually feel scammed. I enjoyed the product, that's why I was willing to buy the £80 version. But after calling to cancel they continued to charge me a total of around £130. After trying to explain over emails that the customer support failed me here, I ended up getting canned responses sending me the refund policy over and over. I happily swallowed the cost of my initial forgotten subscriptions because that was my bad. I forgot. But after calling support and them telling me it was all cancelled, that is where it is out of my hands. Honestly to save the headaches and having to deal with the inhuman customer support you should just get Adobe Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, or even the free DaVinci Resolve.
