Fast and super helpful customer support. I've been a happy DeepL Pro user over the last year or so, and when I had to update my expired payment information, I must have accidentally switched over to an annual subscription. I was shocked by the sudden amount of money that was taken from my account, but the customer support was super quick and helped me change the subscription back to a monthly one without hesitation and transferred me the rest of the money back again. Thank you so much DeepL from a happy subscriber :)
Good translations but...
Deepl's handling of the Microsoft Store app is just annoying. When I tried to deploy this app through Microsoft Intune, I was met with the error message: “There is no valid current package version for this package.” When I reached out to DeepL for support, the response was even more confusing: “The latest version of the DeepL app can be downloaded for free from (link removed). This is the only official source for desktop apps from DeepL”. If Deepl's official opinion is that the Microsoft Store is not a valid source, why even bother posting it here? IT administrators rely on the Microsoft Store for seamless deployment and management - an unreliable or outdated listing just adds to our headaches. This shows a blatant disregard for enterprise IT workflows and the professional users who need proper support for large-scale deployments. Either keep the store app up to date and fully functional or remove it!

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und werde DeepL App löschen. Fahre für die Übersetzung von Transkripten und Untertiteln besser mit ChatGPT und Google Übersetzung, die treffsicherer im Stil, schneller und benutzerfreundlicher sind.
Übersetzungen von Deepl oft schlecht !
Die Übersetzungen von Deepl sind sehr oft mangelhaft bis ganz falsch ! Beispiel : Portugiesische Mitteilung : Ainda bem que o trataram bem!! Deepl Übersetzung (falsch) : Ich bin froh, dass du ihn gut behandelt hast ! Google Übersetzung (richtig) : Ich bin froh, dass sie Dich gut behandelt haben !

Zahlungen werden nicht akzeptiert
Zweimal hintereinander angeblich gescheiterte Lastschriften. Dabei ist das Konto gedeckt und ich habe keine Nachricht der Bank, dass ein Abbuchungsversuch unternommen worden wäre. Wenn diese Idioten ihre Buchhaltung schon nicht im Griff haben, dann wird die Übersetzung ebenso schrottig sein. Dass man sie nicht kontaktieren kann, macht das katastrophale Bild komplett.

DeepL übersetzt manchmal kompletten Nonsens, z.B. im ungarischen Gerichtsurteil, Mindegyik fél a saját költségét viseli (Alle Parteien tragen die eigenen Kosten) - übersetzt Deepl: "Jede Hälfte1 trägt ihren eigenen Kopf" (sic!) Daten werden verändert, manche Zeilen werden überhaupt nicht übersetzt - echt nicht wert das Geld für PRO!
Besser mit Chat GPT
Da sie die älteste Sprache Tamil nicht haben gibt es für sie nur 1 Stern!

Ho acquistato la versione a pagamento ho provato a tradurre un documento di 24 pagine ma la traduzione è stata pessima direi inutilizzabile. Se si deve utilizzare per tradurre testi di una pagina va meglio. Ma se io pago al mese l’abbonamento perché mi devi limitare e quando una traduzione è inutilizzabile voi mi scalate lo stesso li crediti del mese. Si dovrebbe migliorare la traduzione.

DeepL ! Als Übersetzungsprogramm nicht zu überbieten. Ich hatte einen in französischer Sprache abgefassten Kauf-Vorvertrag von einem Makler aus Frankreich zugesandt bekommen. Bevor ich also ein Haus kaufe, wollte ich wissen, was in dem Vertrag drin steht. Die Übersetzung war absolut perfekt, wie mir ein Franzose nachträglich bestätigte. Auch die im Text eingebundenen Grafiken wurden zu 100% übernommen. Ich konnte die Übersetzung als PDF-Datei speichern und kann sie nun bei Bedarf aufrufen. DeepL habe ich durch einen Studienfreund kennengelernt, der das Programm auch beruflich nutzt. Unüberbietbar gut.

For the persons who do not have some knowledge of the target language, it is very dangerous since they don't know that DeepL has translated a sentence that is completely different. I started translating a sentence in English to French. BEWARE
BEWARE! I have tried over and over to cancel my two DeepL accounts and they still keep charging me two times per month despite the cancellation.
