Mittlerweile einfach nur katastrophal ...
Es wird immer schlimmer: Die Qualität der Übersetzungen ist nur noch grottig (selbst google und ChatGPT sind deutlich besser - und gratis!), die Bedienung der Oberfläche ist völlig wirr und nervt mit ständigen Zukauf-Angeboten. Inzwischen übernimmt DEEPL nicht einmal mehr die Schriftarten und die Formatierung von Texten - alles muss von Hand korrigiert werden. KÜNDIGEN & NICHT VERLÄNGERN!

Abbonamento API DeepL è una truffa, non fatelo!
Avevo effettuato un abbonamento per utilizzare l'api di DeepL, ho pagato i 5 euro menisili, e in seguito disdetto il rinnovo automatico, ho continuato ad utilizzare tranquillamente l'api senza alcuna notifica, e al termine del mese, mi trovo un addebito di 40 euro, dato che a quanto pare il mio utilizzo dell'api non è avvenuto sotto l'abbonamento che ho pagato, ma con una modalità di pagamento per parola tradotta, una vera e propria truffa! EVITATE!

Nu viser det sig, at der er blevet trukket et beløb på 599,33 euro for noget jeg ikke har givet mit samtykke til. Jeg forventer at få mine penge tilbage, da det ingen steder fremgår eksplicit og tydeligt, hvad I opkræver. Det er IKKE ACCEPTABELTat hæve et så stort beløb uden at gøre brugeren klart opmærksom på det. I was informed that a subscription with DeepL would cost me a small monthly fee and that I could cancel at any time. Now it turns out that an amount of €599.33 has been charged – something I did NOT give my consent to. I expect a refund, as it is not stated clearly or explicitly anywhere that you charge for. It is unacceptable to withdraw such a large amount without making this clearly known to the user.

Mispronunciation of the English name "Lawrence", in that spelling. Oddly, gets it right with the alternate spelling of Laurance.

Dont you dare to sign with them. They ask you to sign free trial for 30 days. After 10 days, app doesnt work. Then , you will be not able to cancel your subscription. I contacted CS, they answered after 10 days, and they still didnt help me to cancel my subscription. They sent me links, to cancel myself. Links dont work. I am not even joking. Thye will take your £89. Thiefs, Dont read positive commments, they are fake.

Leider, leider ist der Übersetzer nicht mehr zu gebrauchen, da er dir grammatikalische Fehler ausgibt, die noch nicht einmal Google Translate vor 5 Jahren hinbekommen hätte. Ein Beispiel: Wir haben ein wichtiges Geheimnis die ich mit dir teilen möchte... Zusammenfassend, sehr schlechtes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis. Die Fehler sind bei einer PRO Übersetzung entstanden.

Das Programm wird mit jeden Update…
Das Programm wird mit jeden Update schlechter. Es hängt sich regelmäßig auf und muss neu gestartet werden aber auch dann lässt sich häufig kein Text mehr übersetzen. Seit dem neusten Update braucht es mehrere Sekunden um den Text zu übersetzen und man kann wenn man zu schnell ist noch den Text in der zuvor genutzten Sprache kopieren. Das Einfügen in den Browser geht gar nicht mehr. Seit dem ich es nutz, schafft es das Programm die Formatierung nicht beizubehalten. Absätze usw. werden größer und von Fett schreiben usw. fangen wir gar nicht erst an.

The service experience is disastrous. My account dashboard now loads as a blank page, so the usual “Cancel subscription” button is invisible. DeepL’s Terms & Conditions say that during the free-trial period either party “may terminate this Agreement at any time with immediate effect.” Great in theory, but there’s no working self-service route to execute that right, and no published e-mail in the Help Center. To make matters worse, the public status page cheerfully reports “All systems operational,” even while the account area has been unusable for days.
Ruiné par leur soi-disant IA
Au début, c'était cher, mais cela fonctionnait au niveaux basiques. Cependant, depuis que l'« IA » a été mise en place... tout est allé de mal en pis. En particulier la module « WRITE» qui ne fait rien que réorganiser vos textes, en changeant toujours leur sens. (Elle suggère également des « synonymes » dans differentes LANGUES - !.) Aucun service client, seulement des mails inutiles qui prennent 3-5 jours.

I can't delete the program file from my desktop. I tried windows settings, did not work. DeepL is blocking the cancellation.

Da anni utilizzo strumenti di traduzione online per lavoro e studio, e DeepL si è rivelato il più affidabile e preciso di tutti. Le traduzioni non sono solo letterali, ma riescono a cogliere sfumature, contesto e stile. Soprattutto tra lingue europee, i risultati sono spesso indistinguibili da una traduzione umana. L’interfaccia è pulita, veloce e intuitiva. Adoro la possibilità di vedere subito alternative suggerite per frasi complesse, e la funzione Pro offre strumenti avanzati ideali per professionisti della traduzione e aziende. Anche l'integrazione con documenti Word e PowerPoint è un enorme valore aggiunto. E' uno strumento indispensabile, che unisce intelligenza artificiale e qualità linguistica in modo sorprendente. Consigliatissimo a chiunque lavori con più lingue o semplicemente voglia comprendere e farsi comprendere meglio.

Translation quality has become worse, the limit on the amount of text also caused problems. But they solved these problems perfectly and simply blocked the site for my region :). This service is just garbage.
Service has become almost unusable
Paying customer since years and just recently the quality of the xperience has become unbearable and next to unusable. Fragment suggestions totally ignore the rest of the text and changes made previously. No real workflow possible anymore. Contacted helpdesk, no reply until now. I mean how can you push something live that makes the functionality sooo much worse. It is unfathomable.

Free 30-day trial. Then you get an email asking what you thought. In the fine print of the email, you're advised that your card will be charged. Before you realize it, you've been charged for a year. I would think that if they trusted your judgement, they would allow you to pay by month (they advertize it as $8 per month), but should make clear that it's charged a year at a time. After I had been charged, I looked in the fine print, and sure enough, it's there. I guess I'm just naive, and expect a company to be more up-front.
