I cannot use it because there is no Croatian included and since I translate three languages in and from Croatian, it is useless for me and this is the only translation machine that doesn't support Croatian, but supports some other Slavic languages like Slovenian.

I do not know how this malware got onto my pc, but I cannot find a way to remove it. Does anyone know of any software that can remove DeepL?
Perfect translations
I've been using it for a year and I have nothing but good things to say about it. It's an effective app that provides fast and very accurate translations. I've used it to translate websites, articles, and books on various topics, and so far I've always gotten perfect translations.

A very good application for scientific texts
I have been using DeepL for approximately two years. With both literary and non-literary texts. There are problems with literary texts, e.g. Czech writer Karel Čapek. Practically, no phrase may remain as such, the text must be refined. Nevertheless, it reduces the time of translating by approximately 15–20%, which is not bad. The application works considerably better with non-fiction. I have tested mainly with texts using terminology specific to history, archaeology and linguistics. The results seem good, even excellent. For example, a 10-page study in linguistics has been translated very fast, and with very few errors.
High quality translation, but limited free offers, only for businesses
Although I acknowledge the importance of a review from an already user of deepl translator, yet I must be honest to the New users of deepl services. First of all, the deepl translator is not just a simple, ordinary translator, it's more than that, it's a complete AI service translation tool. I recommend it to those who have serious jobs that must communicate to a broader group of people. The minus in this review is that the service is paid, with a limited permission in using it for few paragraphs per day. Remember that deepl started from 5000 characters, then 2500, 1500, and now is limited to just a 1500 for very few pasted texts. I highly recommend it to professionals and those who have serious reasons for translation services. It's a tool, it's not just a translator text. There is still free space for competitors of course.

Zahlungen werden nicht akzeptiert
Zweimal hintereinander angeblich gescheiterte Lastschriften. Dabei ist das Konto gedeckt und ich habe keine Nachricht der Bank, dass ein Abbuchungsversuch unternommen worden wäre. Wenn diese Idioten ihre Buchhaltung schon nicht im Griff haben, dann wird die Übersetzung ebenso schrottig sein. Dass man sie nicht kontaktieren kann, macht das katastrophale Bild komplett.
Übersetzungen von Deepl oft schlecht !
Die Übersetzungen von Deepl sind sehr oft mangelhaft bis ganz falsch ! Beispiel : Portugiesische Mitteilung : Ainda bem que o trataram bem!! Deepl Übersetzung (falsch) : Ich bin froh, dass du ihn gut behandelt hast ! Google Übersetzung (richtig) : Ich bin froh, dass sie Dich gut behandelt haben !
Good translations but...
Deepl's handling of the Microsoft Store app is just annoying. When I tried to deploy this app through Microsoft Intune, I was met with the error message: “There is no valid current package version for this package.” When I reached out to DeepL for support, the response was even more confusing: “The latest version of the DeepL app can be downloaded for free from (link removed). This is the only official source for desktop apps from DeepL”. If Deepl's official opinion is that the Microsoft Store is not a valid source, why even bother posting it here? IT administrators rely on the Microsoft Store for seamless deployment and management - an unreliable or outdated listing just adds to our headaches. This shows a blatant disregard for enterprise IT workflows and the professional users who need proper support for large-scale deployments. Either keep the store app up to date and fully functional or remove it!

Fast and super helpful customer support. I've been a happy DeepL Pro user over the last year or so, and when I had to update my expired payment information, I must have accidentally switched over to an annual subscription. I was shocked by the sudden amount of money that was taken from my account, but the customer support was super quick and helped me change the subscription back to a monthly one without hesitation and transferred me the rest of the money back again. Thank you so much DeepL from a happy subscriber :)

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und werde DeepL App löschen. Fahre für die Übersetzung von Transkripten und Untertiteln besser mit ChatGPT und Google Übersetzung, die treffsicherer im Stil, schneller und benutzerfreundlicher sind.
Worse ever translator
Worse ever translator, checked on purpose as speak more the 3 languages. So I wrote We will drive ( as in first language go need be specified if going by car then drive) to buy christmas trees, it translated still to word Go by walk even if other language has word for going by car just like first language. Also didn't managed translate to plural. Second sentence was "if there will not be" (future tence) but translated to present tense "if there is not" but it's absolutely incorrect in that language you cannot say "if there is not" you must say "if there will not be" 🤣 I could go on an on but basically absolutely wrong and nonsense translation ! Looks like somewhere there it translates first used language to English and then from English to second chosen language 😂 and this is called best translator?

Watch out for data security
I have been a paying member for about 3 years and I used to use DeepL without logging in and out every time. However, recently, I noticed that I have to log in every time. There was no notice or warning message for that. This is not fair, in my opinion, because DeepL might collect your data in that way. This is a question of their credibility. Keep an eye on it!
