Ad ora mi sono trovato abbastanza bene, i problemi principali sono: - Ogni tanto si incanta e non traduce più e come altri hanno già detto, è lento. - Le traduzioni alle volte sono pessime e scorrette, quindi occhio. - Migliorerei la UI/UX di traduzione, fare proprio una pagina dedicata anzichè incastrarle il box di traduzione in una pagina con altri contenuti. - Spesso appare il popup per scaricare il tool di Windows, fastidiosissimo. Tutto sommato va bene, una valida alternativa a Google Traduttore.

Excellent translations
I have been using the app for around a year now with a premium subscription. It is very reliable with German, Dutch, English and Greek. Which are the languages I primarily translate from/to. Way better than google translate or anything else in the competition.
Scam practice
Signing up for the free trial, but then telling me that the free trial was not applicable because I already used the free trial before. That is a lie, never used this website before. So if I continued the sign up, they would have charged me directly. That is a scam.

Die Übersetzungen sind häufig inkorrekt, weil die maschinelle Übersetzung dazu tendiert, Begriffe oder Phrasen einfach wörtlich zu übersetzen. Je komplexer der Text ist, desto schlechter ist die Übersetzung von deepL. Simple Übersetzungen klappen zwar, aber ein guter Achtklässler würde dieselbe Leistung erbringen können, wenn nicht gar besser abschneiden...
Trotz Testnutzung - volle Berechnung - keine Erstattung
Wir haben für zwei verschiedene accounts die Version 30 Tage Testen gewählt, einmal in der Pro Version, einmal in der unlimited Version. Obwohl wir beide Versionen gekündigt haben, wurde das Geld eingezogen und nicht mehr erstattet, keine Gutschrift, keine Reaktion, nur die Bestätigung, dass zum ursprünglichen Laufzeitende in einem Jahr gekündigt ist.

Früher waren sie das Go-To, meiner Meinung nach der Beste. Mittlerweile kann man gar nichts mehr übersetzen, alles nur gegen Abo. Schade.

Ich habe 1.149 pdf seiten die ich übersetzten will !!! Und die text gröse ist bei 28742 und das alles soll ich mit Deepl schafen mit 50€ mit euren Abo volum Erstellung von bis zu 2.000 Glossaren mit je 5.000
Je ne recommande pas (sauf pour l'anglais, et encore...)
Je me contenterai de mettre 3 étoiles ! Pourquoi ?? Eh bien parce que le traducteur en anglais marche très bien (sauf quand il est question du genre féminin, masculin). Mais par contre en italien c'est la cata !! Il commence par me faire des phrases sans préposition, des phrases à rallonge, il place des virgules là où il ne devrait pas, il me traduit les mots italiens parfois même en anglais quand je fais une traduction du français vers l'italien. En tant que futur terminologue, je ne peux qu'éprouver mon profond désarroi envers ce traducteur qui est devenu risible et has been avec le temps.

The translations were also average, i would recommend using a free standard engine, you will get the same results. Beware!

I just create an account with them and they are very pick with payment , they denied 2 of my credict card and they just accept good credit , i mean no debt cards just credit card . I need to translate English to Portuguese document and i was waiting for the translation , than they show like TRANSLATION DONE . i did download the document and no translation at all. I think this is type of scammer that just wanna our credit cards number , beware with this company is locate outside of usa.

Used to be a perfect translation tool. But now when there are special characters in source text (like /) text is not translated anymore.

Outstanding translation service! Never has another translation page been able to deliver results like this. I have also started using the Write feature - super useful!
One of my favourite free translators
One of my favourite free translators. Unfortunately, they do not have a lot of languages/countries but for me it is enough what they've got. Of course if you do not need to translate some narrow specialty theme. So indeed, they have room to grow but for now 5 stars from me

Tolles Tool mit super Übersetzungen. Aber man wird jetzt nach und nach in die Richtung geschoben, so dass man doch endlich mal ein kostenpflichtiges ABO abschließen soll. Vielen Dank! Kein Interesse!
Worst customer service
Worst customer service They can only link one credit card to one account. As this credit card was linked to another account they could not give access to any service. As I have not given this card to any other person, this was also very confusing and their response was to report it to the police, else they wont do anything. Additionally they made joke of me during the response, as I would be too stupid to input credit card credentials.
Pushing to paid subscriptions
In the world of open source especially when it comes to sharing knowledge, making a commercially closed software is of very poor taste. They are heavily restricting the free version and pushing customers to paid subscriptions, a disgusting scam.
Stark angefangen, noch stärker nachgelassen
Hat extrem stark nachgelassen in der Qualität und seit heute ist eine kostenlose Übersetzung kaum noch möglich, weil nach jedem Buchstaben, den man eingibt, sich ein Fenster öffnet, dass man Deepl-Pro kostenlos testen soll. Support gibts für nicht-zahlende Nutzer sowieso nicht. Danke, aber nein danke!
Übersetzungen falsch und Deepl Pro Account Limit an Übersetzungen
Übersetzungen sind oft falsch oder kommen auf der eingegebenen Sprache unübersetzt zurück. Ich habe den Deepl Pro Account und der hat laut Webseite kein Limit zu Übersetzungen, mir wir aber andauert der Account gesperrt weil es doch im Hintergrund ein Limit gibt. Leider nicht zu empfehlen...
