DeepL the best!
It helps me with translations into English and Portuguese. These are the languages I use most, although Portuguese is difficult to learn to understand and speak.

DeepL has been my go to from the start, I am discovering new ways to use it from basic translations to voice translations. I find it easy to use and find that using the alternative word substitutes works brilliantly for me. Thank you DeepL. 👍
Love this app
Love this app - has been and still is an absolute lifesaver. It’s probably closer to 5* but for the limits on number of documents you can translate per month (should be more for the price). I would also love the option for French of choosing formal language (vous rather than tu). It needs to keep advancing and offering more for users as Google, Apple etc offerings improve.

Ich habe DeepL bisher nur im Browser benutzt, und das in der kostenfreien Variante. Ich hatte exakt null Probleme damit, und die Übersetzungen waren meist hervorragend und nie 'schlecht'. Ich benutze DeepL manchmal sogar um einen deutschen Satz zu verbessern, in dem man einmal hin- und zurück übersetzt - meist kommt ein besserer Satz dabei heraus.

I use DeepL Write daily as a web app
I use DeepL Write daily as a web app, and I couldn't be happier with it. It's not the only tool that I use to polish my texts, but it has a firm place in my workflow. When the stakes are low, I just use Apple Intelligence to fix obvious misprints. If a text is long and every word matters, I use LanguageTool to know exactly what I have changed. However, many texts that I write fall between these two extremes: I don't mind some rewording, and I need more that what Apple Intelligence can do. In those cases, DeepL Write is the solution for me. I suppose that I could get similar results with a properly prompted chatbot, but the ease-of-use matters. I love a whole bunch of features implemented in DeepL Write: the automatic language recognition, the possibility to switch, with a single click, between just fixing mistakes and completely rewriting a piece of text, the possibility to see all the changes at a glance, the easiness with which I can select among several alternative improvements, etc. Good job, DeepL!
A practical, easy and quick way for translating from/into an impressive number of people's languages
The translation speed is higher as compared to using a classical dictionary manually. By using a dictionary manually, one may find a more precise meaning of the translated word or phrase, but that way of translating took too much time; by deepL, the speed of a translation of a rather bug text makes the translation a much more efficient tool in comparison with the classical way of translating texts by using dictionaries manually.

DeepL has provided me with a system that is not over complicated and easy to use. The system and production of translation have been very good. I’m a pure novice but DeepL has provided me with a very good tool that provides me a tool for my everyday use. Thank you DeepL.

Ik gebruik DeepL regelmatig om artikelen uit Amerikaanse tijdschriften te vertalen. Dat doet DeepL gewoon heel goed. Verder is mijn ervaring dat DeepL betere resultaten geeft dan GoogleTranslate. Jammer is dat DeepL een limiet kent voor het aantal woorden dat het tegelijk kan vertalen. Dan moet je een abonnement hebben.
